so... i am going to install my sub and amp soon and im tryin to find some 1/0 ga OFC wire for a good price. i found this on ebay... its 50ft of 1/0 OFC for $49.25 shipped?!?! i dont think there is any way that anyone can get 1/0 OFC for less than $1/ft shipped. anyone tried this stuff? also, i was looking at the picture of the stuf. and if that is the actual product, that shit is like 80% jacket. so more like 8ga...or sumthin. ya kno? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-1-0-GAUGE-50-FEET-POWER-CABLE-WIRE-RED-OFC-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem255defb30bQQitemZ160489779979QQptZCarQ5fAudioQ5fVideo ^if this is junk (which it probly is..)... then the stuff below will be my next questions. ... and i was looking at KnuKonceptz and the 1/0ga amp kit is $100 and it comes with a total of 23ft of power and ground wire. and fuse holder with fuse, ring terminals, split loom. i know that everyone says its cheaper to piece together amp kits. (hence the reason for me looking into 1/0 wire...) but 25 ft of 1/0ga from weldingsupply and fuse holder with fuse from knu equals like 95$. so i figured just go with the Knu kit. any other ideas? thanks. jonathan

Yea I know if doesn't add power. Ill post pics tomorrow. I didn't go to the frame exactly. I went to the fender. (Sanded the paint off so it was metal on metal). I figured it would be ok since the fender attaches to the frame...

So I just did the big3 in 1/0ga. And I don't notice much diff. I started my car up b4 I did it. And I stayed at 14.1 (on a cold start). After... it was only at 14.2. Not as much difference as most poeple seem to see.

Like it was made for it. Lol. Wires are I little messy. But ill straighten them up when I intall the 1500d. AND!!! Its official... Haha. I wish.

Sooo... I took my batt to O'Reilly and got ir charged. Put it bak in and it started right up. Went to school ...I was 2hrs late, so about 6hrs. And it held the charge. So I guess i left a light on or somethin. Hmm...

Welll FUCK. So I went to start my car for school this morning and nothing. Completely dead. I realized that my volt meter is on now. Whether it was on all night... I have no idea. So what did I do wrong? I drained my batt somehow...

Easy peasy I put the sticky tape stuff that it came with on to the back. Doesn't stick very well. ill have to screw into the side of the pocket I guess. Here is the lowest it got. Sooo... I got my stinger volt meter and the wires are reallly short. So I was wondering if I could use some of the remote wire that I got to use with my saz1500d. Then I will just run the remote wire from the 1500d to my front stage amp.? I don't see anything wrong with doing it. Would the be okay to do?
