Where the fuck does the energy go? That is not real. Wondered the same. They didn't discuss any details on 60 Minutes. I couldn't find a link to the video, but here's the article http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2009/10/07/entertainment/main5369774.shtml?tag=mncol;lst;1 Admittedly I just skimmed the article because I watched the show, but all it says is"A system designed to radiate the energy from the point of impact, reducing the blow on the body". I'm not surprised they don't explain it.

Are you sober? lol. Yea, lol. Is it a bad movie or something? I've never seen it and everyone says it's pretty good so I figured I'd watch it.

About to start Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

Whoa, 90/hr is pretty steep. Sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Good luck getting it all installed.

What movie ? It's called Friday

I second this. You might be able to make what you currently have suit your new goals. Unless you really want to get some space back.

It's not a bulletproof vest either. The material used for the clothes is what is bulletproof.

Even better It was on 60 Minutes. He'll pull a certain number of his garments off the line and test them on an employee.

You'd never fit in that car Skip to 1:35 http://www.streetfire.net/video/top-gear-ford-gt_part-1_164060.htm I love that episode! They state the engine is essentially the same as the Lightning, but it couldn't be further from it. It shares four things with the Lightning; bore x stroke, the Ford stamp on the block, and the transmission bolt pattern, and the head bolt pattern. NOTHING else is similar. I love that car. I didn't know that information was fictional. I was fairly disappointed when I heard it, but I tend to pay little mind to his criticisms about American cars. Some of it is deserved, but in all fairness he isn't happy unless he's bashing them in some way. It's still better than the way the American version of the show reviews American cars. Those Cadillacs were ugly. Doesn't he own one? He did have one. he had a bunch of problems with it, sold it and bought a Gallardo. The problems weren't really with the car either. Just the alarm. They offered him a complete refund and gave him some Aston Martin (DB9??) while he decided if he wanted his money back. He took the car. Eventually he did sell it, but he passed up a complete refund. I think he's since gotten rid of the Gallardo to make room for the CLK Black. Much better car IMO.

Didn't they produce relatively few? Gotta figure a car like that is just going to get more expensive. God, it'd be sweet to have one though.

You'd never fit in that car Skip to 1:35 http://www.streetfire.net/video/top-gear-ford-gt_part-1_164060.htm Try 1:53 "This is like a cocktail that tastes like orange juice and blows your head off" *leaves the hop to look at how brutal used ones are The whole film on the car is pretty good. It's the only American car on the show he hasn't ripped a new arseho. I found the criticism about gas mileage amusing. Who gives a fuck?

Good luck, that shit takes me forever. I'm sure its gonna take me some time too. Oh well. J It's always nice to enjoy the end result.

David Thorne is awesome. The whole correspondence he posted with his cousin recently was too fuckin funny. It's not up on his site anymore for some reason though.

Yea, I figured it wouldn't come through perfectly. Even in the video it sounds different than any V8 I've heard online. Have you actually seen an original in person? If so I'm jealous. I don't frequent car shows, but I've only seen kit cars at the shows I've been to.

Is this a decent representation of what you were describing with the GT40 Ryan? Trying to get a feel for what you're talking about.

A single 12" in a well designed vented enclosure should suit your needs. Personally I'd go that route over sealed. There are a lot of options you could go with sub-wise. You might want to look into an xcon.
