damn i'm having issues. i had to play with some measurements back and forth a few times. i'm thinking it's supposed to be as you said, '3in wide and 26in long it comes to 3.75 @ 32.5, thats at 12.4cu port area' does that sound better?

  8. If anyone's looking for a cheap alternative. I've been wanting to try and clear my headlights up, they were all yellow and foggy. I did some searching around online and used some ideas for a mixture that came out sweeet. 1. I put two large squirts of shampoo in a cheap spray bottle, filled it with water, shook it, then added a few capfulls of bleach. 2. Sprayed a rag with the mix and squirted a good bit of toothpaste with whitening on the rag. (the grit in the toothpaste is what really helps) 3. Sprayed the headlights with the mix real good and scrubbed the toothpaste on with the rag. Kept spraying the light with the mix and adding toothpaste when needed. Did so for about 5 min a light. I recommend only one light at a time. 4. After cleaning the lights this way, i found some leftover car polish/wax and rubbed it on, let sit for a short while, then cleaned and sprayed with water. The lights look WAY better than before. Not brand new clean but hella good anyways. Lol Sucks that i didn't get a before picture, but if anyone wants to see an after pic, just let me know. Hope they stay this clean for long!! (any other ideas are welcome!!!)

    SSD 15 build time

I was wondering how long it usually takes to get an ordered Fi sub built and shipped. I ordered my sub about 10-12 days ago and the tracking still says: Billing Info Received I'm definitely not being impatient, just a little curious. I'm hella excited.

    New Sub?

    New Sub?

first off morgan, your truck doesn't rattle. it only flexes. personally i think you're retarded for abandoning that beautiful btl. but whatever. at least you made the right choice, getting some educated help from the guys on the ssa forum. good luck ( i still say 2 sa-10s sealed )

    SQ Subs

I have a 15" SSD with all options. It's loud and has great quality. I guess it would lean more towards lacking quality over loudness, but MUCH better quality than xplods, kickers, etc.

Fi Bl 12 good for a Tundra Crewmax

I've had two kicker cvr 12's and upgrade to the Fi SSD. My one 15" SSD beats harder and sounds better than the 2 kickers I had previously. Can't go wrong with Fi.
  17. Talked a buddy of mine into getting two 10" Fi X's for his truck. Looking for a nice amp that will do rated or more and won't break the bank. He'll be getting the BP power option also. Thanks!

    Amp Recommendation

do you have any experience with the audiopipe? they just look super sketchy... lol it will probably cost more than $200, just noticed that you said 2 ohms, didn't realize they were single coils. probably around the $200-$250 price range i guess? EDIT: good deal on a sae-1000 on db-r but it's b-stock. not sure how tore up it could possibly be...

    Amp Recommendation

$200 or less... one idea R500-1

Difference between a big box and small box

what the hell do you mean big box?? we have no clue what size your enclosure is now? Actually take time in making a thread and you will get some good info out of it. LIKE I SAID EARLIER we dont know!!! YOU HAVE TO DO THE TESTING! x2

    Two Fi X 12" Amp

How can you tell him not to go with a smaller enclosure when you don't even know his enclosure's volume... someone stated that he should go to a smaller (than recommended) box to handle the power. EDIT
