I agree with the sonotube. That size and tuning looks good. It shouldn't really matter, but I would try to have both port and sub downfiring.

Now if I could just finally make a decision and finishthese damn things once and for all. I started this back in September, lol.

Pretty grout lines are easy if you use spacers. If that is granite/ or marble tile, then that sumbitch weighs way more than it should lol. I don't need to see the rafters and insulation in my attic lol.

Luckily these tweets are in stock, because I may do that. I have been too lazy to figure out how many I need to remain at 8 ohms though. Each tweet is 6 ohm. Luckily I picked up a set of L-pads from the get go, as I anticipated the tweeters to be overpowering with my original design. If I go the route of more tweets then these pads will prove crucial lol.

Stupid loud is all I can say. I have much work ahead to tame some issues with them. I will need a proper XO design after I find faults with exisiting setup. I have 5 layers of laquer to brush on all 32 cones as well. For some cheap drivers they have much potential in them though. I am impressed with the nsb.

I will redo the thread when I'm less lazy. I had one before, I just know I did. I think it was flushed in the upgrade.

My Galaxy CM-140 came in Friday. A-weighted at full tilt with just Line arrays and sub going at it, I am peaking around 115 at listening position.

It is very much still in construction phases. Right now I am working on solving imaging issues before proceeding with final construct. A C/P of recent update to build thread on CA. I swear I had one here too, but it is now gone.

Same for me. It is my present deck. I am amazed at the feature set of the HU. It controls my system nicely.

OOOOH that reminds me. I would want 8x Ascendant Audio Avalanche 15s. I NEED them for my home IB. That driver is an absolute IB wet dream.

MTX Blue thunders. The original blue paper pulp cones from 91-92. They took a good amount of air space, but they sounded great! I liked them better than the w1s all my friends seemed to be going gaga for.
