is audioAQ a cheaper brand??? hell i wouldnt give up my AQ3500.1 for nothing!!!!! lol unless it was a sundown or something of that sort Pretty sure it's Chinese made and not korean made.. so yes quality is lower. but I havent been keeping up with them. My aq1200 d says made in Korea on the bottom.

Sounds more like a dead cell in the batery than something being wrong with the charger. The thing wit a battery that has a dead cell, you will read a fully charged voltage, bur as soon as you try and draw any current the voltage can drop Down to almost zero

Looks like you burnt just a resistor an not necicerily a MOSFET. Try replacing the resistor and try it in a different car. The resistor looks to be a 47 ohm 5% tolerance.

now i got the dimensions right. For all you reading this, make sure you mesure port lenght from the center of the port, not the inner port wall like i did.
