http://www.parts-express.com/precision-port-6-flared-port-tube-kit--268-354 buy two of these. One full length is 18", you can cut the second tube to add to the length you need for the tuning you are trying to achieve. These are much lighter then your current tube.

Yes, it was my setup. It was just a simple sealed enclosure meant to blend nicely with the front stage. 600W between the pair could get loud though.

mmmm xcons, you will love them in any alignment

I have ran the SSA Evil 6.5s for awhile now. Ask any questions you would like. I have ran the SB17 in the past, actually still have the pair at home. While I have not ran a direct comparison on each speaker against each other, maybe I can answer any questions you may have to make your selection easier.

That stadium looks great from TV, I read a story a few weeks ago that they are having a hard time keeping birds from running into it. Vikings should be good again this year, AP never slows down, I am convinced he is a robot.

Usually I don't like to link a competitor website, but just for reference: http://skyhighcaraudio.com/dc-audio-90-4k-360w-4-channel-amplifier/

That is the correct list price, the price was not raised. You may find it cheaper other places but you will not find a better company to purchase from then SSA. Aaron, Mark, and Josh go above and beyond to help out the customers in any way possible.

I use a brad nail gun, 18gauge or 16gauge will do the trick. Something to keep the wood together while the glue dries.
-
Looks good neal, do you have an air compressor out there? The best thing I did was invest in a nail gun when building boxes. It saves so much time and money.

PSI can rebuild it but it will not have the same T/S parameters as before. It will be a different woofer. -
