Flared should help with port turbulence but I have never had a problem with straight aero ports

Just use whatever size you think. Port area is more important than the roundover. I use 3/8" on my projects.

Even though that is a big trunk you are still barely squeezing 18s in there. I would recommend going with 15s and to look at other options than the PSI woofers

I found it pretty not exciting and 25k more.At $30k I am in 2006 m5 teritory with 50k miles. I worry about the tranny though. Or spend $18k on a super clean E39 M5 and save $12k for something else.
