Are you stuck on 15s? Two 12s could fit in the same space as the one 15. (for most subwoofers)

I would do (3) 4" Aero ports. For a 5 cubic foot box tuned to 32hz. You ports would need to be 17.91 with flare or 16.91 without the flare. I use PSP ports and they have a nice tool on there website. Just plug in your info. PSP Tool -

Nope. If you have your amplifier set correctly (3) SSD's will have no extra strain on the amp as compared to (3) SA-10. -

The SSD10 is $184 as said above. No need to match RMS rating exactly. -

I think you are talking about the challenger build? Its in the build section. I would recommend the ib3s from Fi, but I am sure this daytons would work nice also. More excursion with an IB sub will help greatly.
