So i ended up getting my new amp its a planet audio 3k1 heres a vid since im running late but want to fill u all in

I have a C70 Coupe that I am building an SQ comp system in and I have had some interesting challenges. Getting 10ga to the doors since there is no grommet and no room in the molex plug, running cables and wires to the trunk and getting the rear seat back off, running 0ga( I had to go UNDER the car instead of in the car), but the car had a lot of deadening in it from the factory which made it a little easier. my volvo has no sound deadening maybe they started it later haha? haha well my car is my baby and if sparks are flying everywere i dont want thema ll over the car so a book to cover should do the job, and i jsut got my new amp yesterday ha, they cadence can handle it on low low gains but my electrical system cant untill i get atleast another battery Thanks man! Yes, the speaker wires through the door grommets just don't happen lol. I ended up running mine into the door panel directly from inside the car. Doesn't look the best, but it does the job. And the deadening thing is so true, I'm very happy for that. everyones Volvo's have sound deadening:( why cant mine ha

haha on the way man should be editing a video 2mmrow got it in. was filming alot of it instead of pics since i have ADHD and if it isnt a video i get pulled away easy ha, but the camera died so theres a hugechunk missing bu still alot to go bigge3st pain in the pucking ass haha, wiring kit= hard wire, cant find a dash kit so had to use the stock one and cut it a bit, fire wall was farely easy to run trhough the stock 80A alt sucks ha, iraggi does make a 200A though so thats a + i dont have it yet though. alot fo parts like a pillers u can buy from places dont exist for my car. and i have a very very very off trunk

So i went to the new shop opening up in my area and got to talking with the guys there and well one thing lead to another and i was cramming a box into the backseat of my volvo. Did i forget to mention it was for free? eaa free and after something ive decided on building a wall, yea not alot of people do 1 15" or 1 18" in a wall but this box fits no where else so why not? This box seems well constructed and after building my false floor which i am going to start with the new friends i made at Kustom Tints and Graphics 2, i honestly cant wait just because i liek how the box looks but im not sure if I AM A just kinda bolt the box down or build a baffle over the front and make it a real wall, options? i wanna get a nice 15" or a nice 18" i have a badass 12 and a dcent 18" that im willing to trade for a nice ass sub of either of those sizes. but this is a place to start i know i want to get the soundstream 1700.1 Tower amp to run what ever i get.

So i pretty much just got the seats out and measured the distance of which the woods going to have to be cut, its messy yea i know owell, personally isnt bothering me just yet, but thats the progress i made for today it was ridiculously hot outside and since i have finals this week at school i am going to be trying to balance everything.

lets hope its interesting looks also protuce some nice bass honestly man i have no idea haha, it be nice to get one though

Thats what i was thinkn, Twisted is selling is RD 18" so I AM A try and workout a deal with him i have that 18" elemental design but i heard theyhave problem and will need to be rebuilt ha

from feeling it it feels more like tin bu could be steel? haha who knows lol i got the box for free and decided I AM A put it right behind my dome piece, hopen to get bass fucked everyday on the way to school with it being there, waking up early is gunna be a charm

Heard alot of different opinions on RE's box calculator heard it was off and not accurate but than heard that no matter what you do the tune will never be ACCURATE, which to believe i really have no clue. I am currently in the process of building a new box for my single 12" Cadence ZRS and looking for a new amp that does 900-1300rms at 2ohm, class D monoblock, kinda stiff and cheap on the price of 220 or less depends what it is and i might be able to do more. But back to the box , i have one planned out with RE's box calculator its 2.5cf prob will be less after displacement since im not sure how much to account for, for 45 degree angles and so forth, but id like a nice box i have 6 sheets of 4x4 ft 3/4" mdf if i had plans or dimensions i feel like i could make a good box its just the planning of one itself. I love my cadence, its surprised me and many other people and id liek to let it live on in the slow-vo, just need a box and a better amp now since im now borrowing an amp from a friend which is giving me a whole 300rms! ha yea it sucks bad....really bad, but any idea on both of the subjects an amp and help with finding out fi this calculator is legit would be great thanks guys!
