Maybe at this point it'd be better to PM them on here or try to call them?

Perfect. Thanks. Is a relay necessary or can I get by without one? -
Help with wiring up this siren to my alarm...

I'm thinking there's another wire on the brain that I need to tap onto. -
Wow. That thing is massive.

Is this doable? Security question...

So seeing as how I've recently become a victim of theft I'm thinking of what I need to do before I even think about installing the new setup I've been working on.. I had the idea of wiring in a hidden switch that is connected to the lock actuator\circuit to the rear cargo area door..This way if someone does get in through other doors and they try to unlock the back to get in and remove stuff, they won't be able to (unless they find the switch..which will be hidden well.) Does this make sense\sound like a decent approach? Obviously an alarm is going in too. -
Limit on amount of sirens for this alarm?
mrbojang posted a topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
So I just had a Viper r350 put into my vehicle...I want to add additional sirens. I've seen some 120db ones online for as little as $6... Anyone know if there's a limit to how many I can run off this alarm? I'm thinking 1 in each corner of the vehicle would be nice... -

So last night I sat down and made a small list of wiring and accessories I'll need to get my saz 3500d powered. I'll be running one battery upfront and two in the back. The extra 0 gauge is for the big 3...Any advice on better products or a cheaper source would be appreciated.. http://www.subtilisaudio.com/products/Stinger-SPD5203-Pro-Classic-ANL-0%7B47%7D4-Gauge-Inline-Fuse-Holder.html x 3 @ $35 - 3 fuse holders http://www.subtilisaudio.com/products/Tsunami-5-Pack-Gold-ANL-Fuses-%28Choose-Size%29.html x 1 - $8 - 5 300amp fuses http://www.subtilisaudio.com/products/Stinger-SHI2120-HPM-1-RCA-Cable-20FT.html x 2 - $24 - 20ft rcas http://www.subtilisaudio.com/products/Stinger-HPM-1%7B47%7D0-Gauge-Blue-Power-Wire-.html x 30 - $3.39 - 30ft power wire http://www.subtilisaudio.com/products/Stinger-HPM-1%7B47%7D0-Gauge-Gray-Power-Wire.html x 10 - $3.39 - 10ft ground wire http://www.subtilisaudio.com/products/Stinger-SHW510BC-HPM-10-Gauge-Speaker-Wire.html x 20 - $1.35 - 20feet speaker cable - 10 gauge http://www.subtilisaudio.com/products/Stinger-SPT85309-GM-Long-Battery-Teminal.html x 8 - $6 - side posts http://www.subtilisaudio.com/products/Tsunami-RTN3-1%7B47%7D0-Gauge-to-3%7B47%7D8%22-5-Pack.html x 5 - $13.93 - ring terminals (Not a promotion for subtilis audio, never ordered from them...They look alright though?) -

Yeah. Their fuse holders seem to be out of stock and I'd rather order from the same place if possible.. -

Hahaha. Good idea. -
Just found this on youtube...Some russians running six sa-10's off two saz-3500d's..

Sucks there's no videos on youtube of the sa10's in action yet

I'm contemplating getting some hood locks and just wanted some opinions... http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com/Spyder/Hoods/Universal-Spyder-Carbon-Fiber-Hood-Pin-with-Key-_-ACC_008/637760/ Seem decent? I figure they're another layer of protection for my ride (crackheads won't be able to get to my battery, etc..)

like my NOS sticker does?

Mine won't be setup for another month or so also. reposted image:

I'm getting an alarm put in this weekend...If the siren is hidden in the engine compartment, hood locks could add extra protection and also protect my batteries ground..right? Not sure if I'm able to get an extra backup battery, or if I should use the two other batts i'm already placing in the back..

2006 Tahoe... I realize someone can't just walk up and open my hood..They'd have to break a window then do the hood release...I figure with hood locks they can't even do that..

So I got in my truck this morning...Noticed the head unit face place on the driver seat, my papers all over the place...Looked in the back and my two old orion subs, directed 1200/5 and a new sax-125.2 were gone... Head unit still works, atleast they left that. They didn't break a window, no idea how they got in. I make it a habit to lock my stuff up. Really glad this happend before I did my new setup. That equipment (other than the sax) is being replaced. I feel raped however. Time to look into alarms I guess. Kind of confusing since I don't show off my system, haven't noticed people following me, etc... Next setup is being bolted down.

Just a small update...Went to the police station to get a copy of my report... WORTHLESS. Officer couldn't even spell 'woofer', they spelt it 'wolfer'. Quite scary they're allowed to carry guns... I don't expect to see my stuff again. I live around a government building and decided to let them know and see if they noticed anyone suspicious... Turns out they've had thefts from 4 GOVERNMENT vehicles in the past 6 months. Stealing tires off them, etc...

I saw that on some other forum, makes my 6 look laughable.
