Building a Single 12" sub box for a Kaption SPL1200. Tuned to 35hz. 3/4 MDF Double Faced Brace in the corners with 45 deg Glued, nailed and screwed Resin and fiberglass the inside and outside Bodyfill and paint Pics below: The face is not secured in but I sat it in place.

Some updates since I last posted. Put the RF 800a2 in the closet for a while and purchased a New Kenwood X1200M and also built a simple amp rack to hold the amps.

Ok so I will have video this weekend of a show I am going to. New Components. New Cap 2F and new 6000K HIDS since my ebay jobers are the shits atm. More ground wire for the engine bay and amps. I also received some more items and installed them: Yellow Top More KNU wiring 31sq ft of Hushmat (in the doors and trunk, and trunk lid . I have about 5 sheets left.

Next weekened I will have TL videos. My friend has a TL but he is 4.5hrs away from me. So Its not accessable all the time.

Its nice and clean on low sub vol. I have people geuss there was more then a single driver in the trunk. It can get crazy loud but nothing to serious. 143.7 on the dash sealed up.

The box now has been sanded down and body filled and painted blue. Will end up being carpeted I think.

Yea is pretty well messed up. From what I can read form other people is that this sensor has to be moved or tricked to read the right voltage or amperage. Thanks for the comments fellas. I will post pics of the build once I get home.

On all late model GMs they have this rediculous sensor that is wrapped around your Starter and Alt wires at the battery it sences amperage and voltage and when it goes above or below a certain set range it tosses a error on the dash "Battery Saver Active" this only seems to happen when I connect my 1/0 from my alternator to my Battery. When I remove the cable its fine.
