Ahh right on, I wish the show had been right down the road, we had to drive about 2.5 hours each way. We're kind of on the low side of the national average I guess you could say. It's not too bad for local competitions and such but there are alot of people in the same class doing mid-40s. One guy has put up a 149.9 this season. I think that guy runs a pair of 15" Wardens and 2 IA 40.1 amps though.

Nah, Durant Oklahoma. Score was achieved with only a stock battery up front and a kinetik 1400 in back. We just used the song that we thought was the loudest to us that he had in the vehicle, we probably could have done much better.

Thank you sir, we did a 140.2 on music with the car off using a pair of Skar VVX-12s and a Brutus bxi1606d at 1 ohm.

Big ol' suckers, waiting for the vids now.

The wheel/tire combo looks much better now, as does the enclosure.

Nice numbers for sure.

Way to go, we won in Durant this weekend too.

Good score for the power and cone area. Did you win?

Glad you're back up and running. Battery tray looks great.

1 for Louie. Good luck!

I don't think you'll be disappointed in the Skars, they should sound great on that power too.

There aren't many in my area either, we traveled about 5 hours round trip to go to a show yesterday. There's one in August and it is going to be about the same (150 miles one way). We get lucky (if you wanna call it that) once per month in July, August and September and only have to travel 90-95 miles one way. Every show we go to is 1.5 hrs away or further.

You missed one in Columbus yesterday.

Turned out very nice, great job.

If you'll look closely, the idle output of the 320sp is lower than the idle ouput of the 270sp. With one of the 2 you mentioned, you're only going to get about 215 or so amps at idle and you will only benefit really at higher rpm. I would suggest a dual alt setup, DC Power offers a dual alt bracket and a single HO alt that mounts up with your stocker for way more amperage at idle and max for less money than purchasing a 390xp.

Bitchin' deal, my local craigslist usually blows goats.

I do not think it has anything at all to do with the transmission or tires (not saying there's no way you don't have tranny problems, just that the transmission is not going to cause the car to not want to start). Sounds like an electrical or fuel problem for sure. You're either not getting spark to one or more cylinders, the spark is not strong enough to ignite the fuel properly or you are not getting fuel to the cylinders (usually a clogged fuel filter or bad fuel pump). These problems are all pretty easy to diagnose yourself with some time and a few hand tools.

It wasn't a real cheap trip and it was a hot sumbitch but we had a pretty good time. Entry fee for spl was $30/class this time, they gave us 2 runs though instead of only one for $25.
