Benadryl knocks me out cold! I've had many, many corticosteroid shots and many steroid creams like Triamcinolone Acetonide. I'm having a hard time getting the shots when I need them since I've had so many, the docs don't want to give me anymore. Benadryl knocks most people out because it is exactly the same thing as over the counter sleep aids, the active ingredient in both is 25 mg of diphenhydramine. Having a hard time getting to sleep? Try 2 benadryl. Got an allergic reaction or itch but no benadryl in the house? Try a couple of those OTC sleep aids. The only difference usually is the color of the capsules. Taking 10 at one time is not recommended at all (I've taken 4 at a time though with no ill effects other than passing out about 45 minutes later) and consuming alcohol with them is a no-no as it can cause bleeding.

Nice, I wish the shops around here would do that. There's at least 3 in the next town and they don't ever do anything like this.

Nice review, thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I could for sure in this vehicle, it's just a 4x4 toy and I'll be using it to compete in spl contests all year next year but the mid/tweeter response is not so important, as long as it will sound better than coax in the factory hole, I'll be happy. I was hoping to make it look good by flush mounting in the panel but if it will make it tough to change up, I'd rather find an alternative since I don't know of anywhere to buy replacement tweeters to match these (or at least fit in the flush mount cups).
-
You've got me worried now, I had planned to cut out a hole in my door panels to flush mount my RSD tweets. Of course they will not be permanent though and hopefully, I will be stepping up to something a bit nicer someday. I'm second guessing the cutting of my door panels now, I don't want a hole in them that most other tweeters' flush mount cups will be unable to fit.

Cool, hope you had a good time, what sanctioning body put on the show? A 128.6 is pretty poor for 1k and an HDC3 in a regular cab imo. Did you bring home any trophies/awards?

you should have some pics of boobs for us in the morning, no?

Using cap for voltage meter

I wouldn't bother with the cap at all, get a voltmeter. The one you linked to is selling from hong kong but accepting payments in Australian dollars? -
Looks great, is it painful to sit in at full tilt? lol

I was thinking (#6 windshield) after seeing the pics. Then I read the last post. That'd be a no brainer for me, I'd use the coupe as a daily and wall the wagon.

Nice work, those enclosures look good. What's next? glws

Cool video, can't wait to see more of this.

Lucky dogs, I'm hoping to be able to take advantage of the sale too. Looking for a mono though.

Tirefryr's right, these enclosures are pretty well built and should perform quite well. You have tons of amp choices too considering you only need 3-500 watts to really get those Kickers moving to their full potential. If you plan on upgrading some day, there are plenty of budget amps that will produce the power you need at 4 ohms right now and are stable at 2 or 1 ohm for future upgrades. If you go with those subs, you should have no problem staying under your $500 budget.

Make, model and year of vehicle might help.

Quick Question About Hooking Up Two Amps
Ohjay replied to HawkEye's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
^this^ or if you're looking for more power, sell the Big Bang and get a larger 1 ohm stable amp.
