It's coming along nicely. Cool pics showing a bit of what you do for a living. That cat looks a bit heavy, or did the camera add 10 lbs? lol

Thanks, he's about 7 months old now and growing like a weed. We have a bitch too, she just turned a year old last month. I'll dig up a couple shots of her.

    Mac's GTI build

I think it looks good the way it is, and I'm normally not a big fan of black/colored wheels. That blacked out veedub looks bad ass though. This would be a tough decision for me. I say leave 'em alone if you want to appear inconspicuous. If you don't care or want to stand out, black looks awesome and will really set that gti off imo.

    amp per hour

From http://www.allaboutcircuits.com/vol_1/chpt_11/3.html A battery with a capacity of 1 amp-hour should be able to continuously supply a current of 1 amp to a load for exactly 1 hour, or 2 amps for 1/2 hour, or 1/3 amp for 3 hours, etc., before becoming completely discharged. In an ideal battery, this relationship between continuous current and discharge time is stable and absolute, but real batteries don't behave exactly as this simple linear formula would indicate. Therefore, when amp-hour capacity is given for a battery, it is specified at either a given current, given time, or assumed to be rated for a time period of 8 hours (if no limiting factor is given). It's going to be tough to find a 100 ah battery under $200 unless you buy used or find a good sale.

Matt, how has Jack been? He's a looker for sure, mine drool when eating and drinking too. Here's a shot of my youngest at about 6 months of age. I need to try and get some decent pics of the animals, we rarely take any.

That, certainly helps doesn't it. I'm not military but I get free healthcare. I can't just go anywhere though, I have to go to a tribal facility.

That's Billy, he's got himself a nice dropped Silvy with a 4th order bandpass blowthrough housing a pair of DD 2512s, it's pretty impressive for the equipment he runs.

I was going to take a lot of pics during the alternator swap but I felt like crap that day and it would slowed us down even more. This swap is a pita but well worth it. This is the port of entry.
