    Grasshopper's Hoe

Thanks!!! Headliner recovered, all new carpet. Grasshopper is planning on giving the rest of the interior components a good cleaning. Circle jig seems to be pretty cool, will give it a good try-out when I cut out the double baffle. Enclosure specs: Overall outside demensions: 48W x 15.5H x 14D Gross vol. 4.7'3 With displacement of subs, port and amp-rack leaves about 2.65'3 net. Slightly over recomended space but they won't be seeing a ton of power. Port Size: 12" x 3" x 36" Should give a tuning just under 30Hz. Had to make a decision on were to put the port, because Grasshopper wanted that Wow effect when you open the tailgate vs. the function of the port.

    Grasshopper's Hoe

Little more progress on the enclosure.
  12. Material has to be stretched very tight before you start to add the resin. (not trying to tell you something you may already know) When I have done work like this the tighter it is, it seems to work better for me. I have used a fleece blanket (thick as well) but have had good results. Have not tried a T-shirt as of yet... I'm sure you will get it!
