Thanks for the comment!! Now, go get to work on your project.

The fit of the box looks good. Should sound great!
-
Thanks!! The blue did turn out well for the conditions. (old fart, in a home garage, no experience, and an excited teen)

Thanks! We are pretty happy so far.

We took apart our bass-knobs and it only takes 1 hole to mount through the center console, you will loose the light but if that is not an issue would probly work. Here is a pic of ours Hope that helps. That's exactly what I'm trying to do. I'm not concerned about the light, because it's bright as hell. I had to put some electrical tape over it, as it was interfering with my driving. I just need to figure out how to get INTO the console. Is there an insert that comes out under the arm rest of the center console, if not the the whole console will probly have to be lifted out to do it. Hopefully I'll get a chance to play around with it later today. Lookin' forward to seeing that part of your build completed!

Waitin' to see the magic!

I beleive he said he had a DCON on the way? Clean install! Would be nice to see that bass knob in the center console. Maybe take the knob apart and mount it in the console.

Rear Bumper installed, time to start installing the system!

You have come to the right place! Welcome!

Welcome!!

Thanks! Rear turned out good, if rest of body kit goes the same we will be in bussiness. My son choose the tower amps because they were different. With the amps standing up I'm a little sceptical if the mounting feet will hold up. Still a lot to do...

I used Fatmat on this project I beleive we used the 50mil vs the 80mil that the rattle trap is. I saw no problems with the adhesion of the product, but someone posted that they had problems with theirs peeling. I hope I don't have that problem. Havn't seen an issue yet and ours has been installed about 2-3 months.

damn, that's sexy X2

Thanks for the kind words. Your right the 10's with the 15 has been some controversy, since the enclosures were origanally designed to fit together in the hatch and made from fiberglass we are sticking with it for now. Who knows we may rebuild at a later date.
-
Hopefully if all goes well we will in the next 2 weeks.

Now that the rear of the car is done on the outside we think it is about time to start putting together the hatch area. Some pics of the components going in the back. We got the hatch panels installed. If the rca connections look a little weird they will make some sence once we start getting the sub enclosures installed. By sefugi at 2010-07-31 By sefugi at 2010-07-31 Amps will be as follows-2 4channels and 2 monoblocks. By sefugi at 2010-07-31 By sefugi at 2010-07-31 By sefugi at 2010-07-31 By sefugi at 2010-07-31

Lookin' forward to seeing this setup, and I know you are ready for some bass to go with your front stage.
