Guess what... This weekend, thanks to my hero...and lots of hard work and testing... Got on the meter, with a Street B box for my truck... One 15" subwoofer Results are: (On the TermLAB.NET sensor) 149.2 LEGAL 151.8 In the kick, driver door open (MECA style, or dBDrag Outlaw) YAY!!!!!!! Holy chit I'm SOOOO happy, the current box has a 150+ legal in it...got plenty of little secret tweaks to do Not bad for a box built in a little over an hour Oh, and pics are soon to come! I had TONS of fun, learned more, and I owe a big thanks to Mr. Scottie Johnson! I'd also like the thank Jason (undercoverpunk), and Brad Russel for putting up with me while I was down there for 3days! WOOT!!! NG

pics,links... I heard about the SFX one, im guessing its the same thing ? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Buhh...children never learn... I don't feel like entertaining stupidity today...sorry... NG PS: Chris...I'll actually be competing with the MT as well. All I'd do on my competition box is swap out for longer ports...and plug one up for daily Like I'm doing currently with my temporary toy...Brahma Extreme 15

Gangster pimpin...they are gonna PWN... NG

I figured I was being unselfish by offering to give this up so that "little brother" can run amuck in what he considers his stomping grounds. I don't see any compromise, and wehter or not he still has an issue with me being here, there will be no future conflict, because I won't be here. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's rediculous...I think it should be the other way around...on who should leave. NG

are you on crack ? NG

Eh..please refer to this post lol...j/p with ya... But I don't know if I stated it here...but after impedance rise...and all that happy hoolah...the sub was getting 3600 watts from the TWO HK4000d's...that's when it was the loudest... NG

The astro is soon to go?.... WALL IT OFF!@!!!!! Or give it to me to wall it off...I'll come get it NG

you are obviously clueless... NG <{POST_SNAPBACK}> How so ? You used 2 4000D's and didnt fuse them. They have no internal fuse. You are obviously the one who is clueless <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Your lack of knowledge shines through! You really don't know much about the 12v world, or competing in general I guess. All you do is talk about what you HAD...when it really isn't even YOU at all...it was your brother's chit. Other than that, I guess the internet is your ENTIRE social life...oh well... Listen up... In an SPL competition system, it's the best to have the ability for the most amount of current to flow through possible. ONE of the HK4000d's PEGGED the Clamp meter on DC amperage...it maxes out at 400AMPs... SO, with two of them...it's going to be WAY in excess of 800amps. Fuses are not needed for burps, especially when you have multiple runs of 1/0 much less than 2feet away from a battery. SO, nothing to worry. It's not like it's a daily setup, it was put in...for a few hours...to do burps. DUH... SO, peace out...MR. Clueless Hope ya learned something... NG

The first pic was the lower tuned ones...peaked @40hz...tuning somewhere around 33 or so... Needless to say, they didn't turn out that way...I peak A LOT higher NG

Better than were and tear of woven...which can over time damage the spider in high excursion instances. Tinsel slap is non-existant...may have existed like 3-5 years ago...but tis no more...felt pads on back of cone take care of it... NG

Tits McGee again... NG

The box is a street setup box, was gonna be for my DP15. Had problems beyond my control... SO, testing was done with a single RE MT 15. Highest score (listed at top) was done with Two MA HK4000d's (Actual power after impedance rise, etc, etc was 3500 watts). Since this box was designed with street setup in mind, the DP15 may be a few tenths up on the MT in this particular box. WOW was this setup loud! NG

Thanks fellas, I plan on breaking 150 legal next time I get on the Sensor in about 2 weeks YAY!!!! NG
