I order a btl last year some time an when I recieved it I had alot of problems like you! It end up not being magnetized, idk if you tryed to put anything metal near to see if it will pull it in or not but it's worth a try! They don't have that problem very often but they will take care of the problem for you if that's it!

hey guys i have 2 hifonics xxv colossus amps an i have been told, i could link them with this MLX-100? if so how would i go about doing that? my amps dont have a master/slave switch.

so i checked the shipping statas an it said delivered im suprised it got there a day earlyer than it was suposed to!

i checked that be for i sent it off!! i could here it poping but because the magnet wasnt magnatized it wouldnt move the sub at all! the coils were doing there part because i could here them poping every time! and yes it is on the way back to them now!

well its on its way there now!! i took it to ups today an it has already made it to a few different places but according to the tracking number you should be getting it in on the 27! shipping for that beast was 51.90! bought broke me to send it in hahaha!

Ok so I've been trying to call warranty hotline all day an haven't gotta answer yet? Is there anybody there or what? Not trying to be rude or anything just wondering

yea i still have every thing from when i bought it so it will be the way they shiped it to me! but do i need to get like a RMA# or something like that? i have a paper that says any product sent in without on will be sent back without being looked at all! and also how much is shipping gunna be for this massive beast?

so i just put it all in the origal box a take it to ups?

so what do i need to do about that? i really dont want this thing being a paper wait!

So i tryed the battery an it pops both coils but you can't tell wat way the sub moves.. Can't get the magnet to do anything with a screw i just tested each coil they both read .08 ohms then i put my jumper in to connect the coils like i have been an it read 1.6 ohms.. so i dont know wat to do ive tryed alot of different things and im not getting anywhere!

So I'm gunna try all the above after I get out of skool today! What am I looking for when I put a screw on the magnet? Do I have to pull the rubber case of the magnet first?

Ok I'll definatly try the battery trick! Do I do that with my wires hooked up? I'm guessing I do but just wana be sure!
