I didn't use google sketchup to design it, so I don't have anything else to show. I made it in Cinema 4D, so what you see is basically it. I can show different angles, but nothing inside since I just made a box with 4 black flat circles on it

No details NEVER!!! pshh I already know I won't spoil it tho
-
sounds good to me, I'll let you know when I got the funds

Yeah, no rush. Still have to come up with funds, should have $300 in few weeks. Whats the latest time your moving all the enclosures? couple weeks, months? thanks

Silverado Rebuild. 4 DC Lvl 4XL 18's In A BlowThrough
ssh replied to GoreMasterCustomAudio's topic in Build Logs
your work is awesome man! waiting for the rest -
Could you mount a small mirror inside and bounce the remote signal off it to the h/u?
-
If you use the ipod, you could pause the ipod, turn the volume up on h/u, run aux cable out door, then press play on ipod for competing. That should work?

If it's dual 1ohm wired in series then it's going to put a 2ohm load on your amp. So your saz-3000d will do ~1600watts if your electrical is sufficient.

LMAO... Yeah I guess that would be a bright side to it..... The drive home might suck, I may need to buy some goggles! LOL I pressure tested it today, It split another 12 inches and won't split anymore. Unless, I really push with my thumb..... I hope it at least holds to get on the meter. After the show I get a free warranty replacement, so whatever happens happens! My remote for the H/U won't work on a severe angle. (like out the windows) I contemplated wiring up a long harness for the H/U to run outside the truck but that'll take some doing...... Any thoughts on how I could work my way around this issue? are you playing CD's, or from an mp3 player (aux)?

Lol it's ok. I think i'm gonna eat another strawberry... and see how many more responses i get
-
erm... 3 for 1, fuck you guys
-
haha, you sir just made my day! you are the reason this hobby has a bad reputation, "will it vibrate the cars behind me?" Get real.

Like my strawberries like I like my women

Latest mockup for front firing: Anyone have any thoughts on downfiring instead? Couple people I talked to earlier were against it... the drivers would be able to unload on flat metal, or I could build a false floor...
-
So clean, I love it. Good job!
-
You can buy just about any remote and it'll work, its just a pot
-
shouldn't be an issue. I'm concerned that if the box is in the center of the vehicle and firing forward that it may not sound as well as firing upward. Whats your opinion? port direction?

Now im kinda leaning towards something like this: 9.3cuft before sub displacement (~.64), then bracing. so it would still be a little more then minimum recommendation for 4 icons (12")
