Sweet, I love how the Sundown z12 looks Hope I get a chance to hear one someday
-
sure is clean Making me think about washing mine now haha
-
thanks, During winter I had the top off and I'd drive around with multiple jackets and windbreakers. It's not exactly the best vehicle for audio, but hell its what I have
-
Final Touch: thanks for mailing out the stickers to me Aaron. and more to come

4 icons downfiring, ~7.6cuft, 33hz tuning, 4 12" icons double baffle, extra dowel bracing. carpeted. shipped to 85715 Thanks Andrew
-
just remember the RE calculator doesn't include driver and bracing displacement in volume specs. I've also read that the tuning may be a little higher...

What did you use to deaden your roof?
-
What front speakers do you have?
-
It's 0.5ohm not volts. Before I stress the amp with .5ohm I'll have sufficient electrical to back it up. As for loving the icons, I own two already and they are phenomenal drivers. I have a build log with what I have so far, it's got pics so check it out. When the new build is here, I'll post more

Thanks for posting the link sefugi I'm be using a saz-1500d on 0.5ohms for now.

Looks perfect. I'll see if I can paypal you the deposit in a couple days, if not i'll pm you for an address to send a check. thanks

If your box is tuned to 31hz and your amp has a fixed ssf at 25hz, then you still have some room for damaging your driver.

What is a good voltmeter? My front speakers are very load and they can handle almost all the volume my deck can produce before becoming staticly, wat kind of 0ga wire? If you put an amp on your front speakers then they'll not only get louder without "static sound" aka distortion but they'll sound better (nothing beats a clean signal) You can either get a dmm digital multimeter for checking voltage and/or a lcd display voltmeter (such as the one made by stinger). I suggest buying both as a dmm is required in this hobby and the stinger voltmeter comes in handy when your inside the cabin and can actually watch the voltage.

Ported: 2.5-2.75ft^3 @ 26-33hz opt. specs are from ssaudio.com I would do 2.75cubes 30hz but whatever volume fits your vehicle
-
it's not , i just overlayed the song on the video
-
Video is sweet. Thanks cbyy for all the videos
-
jayc76, how much power are you using?
-
That video is sweet! Goodjob man. cant wait to see some videos from slamology too
-
How much power are you using? If It was me, I would build a ported enclosure to opt. specs for the BTL, tuned to ~29hz. How much volume(space) do you have in your vehicle for an enclosure?
