Thank you! After a few tries, and breaks in between, I should be able to make some final ones at the end of summer. When I do that I'll be sure to test the tweeter location and positioning to make sure it sounds good. I tried to put these small tweeter pods as high as possible, while keeping them on the doors.

Cut some pvc, so it was a small ring, hot glued piece of construction paper around ring, then cut at an angle. Then taped edges to door. Not going to say this was the proper way, or even a good way to do it lol. I'm just getting my feet wet with all this glassing To attach the tweeter to the pod, I'll probably use a small wing nut through the plastic housing to the base of pod when it's finished. We'll see how it goes! Sounds good, have to learn somehow, right? Exactly

Okay now I feel really dumb. Tomorrow I'm going out to the other house, going to bring back the dremel and jigsaw. Hopefully I can cut and sand this fiberglass, and cut some baffles.

It looks happy to see me, I don't get it, I feel dumb now

hmm, guess I should drop in HAHA

You gots the flex Your headunit bobbing up and down, crazy. Love the wiper dance

Not enough room up there lol. When I get in and out, my head bumps the garage door opener on the sun visor sometimes I'll finish this up, see how it sounds and looks. May end up just wrapping the whole entire door, probably be easier and look better, just a shit load more sanding

which alternator do you run?

I'd talk to DC Power first. I had a 230xp series alt from them, ran a saz1500d, voltage drop was minimal, didn't use it any extra batteries either -
It's not that late right now...

Will do! Hopefully I'll have them installed this weekend. I'm having trouble finding a good spot to mount my tweeters, so I'm doing a small pod on the door, right above the midbass pod. Not really sure if it's going to look stupid or somewhat decent when I'm done, but either way I'll finish it up and try again later

Sweet videos! When I read "if you have any song requests...", first one that came to thought was put on. Then the next videos were all put on Talk about bass in your face!

That's the plan I was originally going to get those hi-vis from madisound, but saw the vibes, looked cool, figured its a comp set, gotta be better then my coaxials, impulse buy Some more pictures, just boring stuff Haven't cleaned up wiring or anything yet, just temp until I finish up the sub area and figure out where everything is going. I think I'll make a cover behind the battery, and mount the amp on the side. Gotta love how small it is

4 ohms: 90 watts x 2 chan. 2 ohms: 125 watts x 2 chan. Bridged, 4 ohms: 250 watts x 1 chan. Dimensions: 5-1/4"D x 8-1/4"W x 2"H Just finished installing it, current hertz coaxials sound cleaner and a lot louder, too bad their only 5 1/4s with next to zero midbass.

Time to run rcas, speaker wire, and amp!
