I feel your pain. Holy signature batman... Thank god for adblock D: Seriously, it's like SMD in a sig.

Interested in seeing the video you showed DD.

Just throwing that out there Good luck. Interested in seeing the home-bus The City buses are where it's at if your traveling long distance. Mom's has a Detroit 4-71 engine and an Allison transmission. My military bus was nice bc it had a tall ceiling. 6' 6" in the center iirc. The old 392ci was a screamer, plus a 5 speed with a two speed rear axle. I would do 80 mph in that beast. Sounds pretty well built. Allison transmission

I do actually, one of the outside atleast. I will have to scan a pic of it when I get home. My mom still own's a 1964 GMC city bus, which she is trying to sell. If anyone is interested. Just throwing that out there Good luck. Interested in seeing the home-bus

I have some painting to do myself. In about two hours I'll be painting the old house up.

Shit sucks. I'll have to check out the posted above tracks, but the Dream On version I got from you is epic, ripples of bass making just about anything sound loud Edit, just previewed lento and downloading. I wish I hadn't already taken apart my left door, can't enjoy the front stage, bass here I come...

The Do's and Dont's in a competition

First run I did, I forgot I had the bass knob for the sundown amp all the way down, I just waited til the run was over then said I'd do another. I didn't know that I was allowed to reach in and adjust it (meca at least). I think I did 13xdb then second run I did a 143 I've heard cooling down the cabin with AC on full blast, then shutting off ac and closing all vents. If you have access to a TL beforehand, you can try seat positioning and visor adjustment. -
I'm so jealous right now... I have my door panels sitting in my room, just staring at them and sighing. Pods came out great man, very inspirational.

Happy Birthday Aaron

These are your wiring options: The lower the impedance the more power the amp will make (it was also require more amperage). Whatever the power it is, it will be divided amongst the drivers. Ex: at 1ohm an amp produces 500watts, and your using two drivers, each will see around 250 watts. In simplest terms

Swapping tail lights out in my car takes about 30 seconds drunk... There either cheap hid kits which everything I read are bad, or there is one set projector headlamp set for $800... I think I'll try doing it myself, I won't be the only one, worst case I end up spending more money and end up buying new oem headlamps / housing, I'm in it to learn

Good idea, I don't plan on doing it very dark, and I plan on changing out the bulbs to LEDs.

Where I am, nope. If I drive about 45minutes south of where I live though, I'm sure I could find a couple running here and there. About a year ago I was driving back from senora, on the side of the road a van was pulled over and a bunch of illegals came running out of the desert into the back of the van. About 15minutes later I went to an IHOP for breakfast and there was about 10 border patrol guys eating. I just chuckled. Where Godsmack is, I'm sure you do here and there. But I see a fair amount of cows on either side of one of the roads I take home everyday, and sometimes they decide to walk across...

I simply want better light coverage then stock. I drive at night on a lot of unlit roads. I read that putting hids in stock housing blinds the shit out of people and is the wrong way about going about it. I also know higher end vehicles come stock with projectors and they obviously work well for them (and happen to give a nice look). And tell me, where the fuck did I mention anything getting laid. Oh wait that's right, I didn't.
-
I honestly have no clue what you said about the last part. All I know is that different projectors let you aim the light differently, and that the HIDs emit plasma? Oh and the actual lens / projectors look sick

Looks like I'm going to retrofit some projectors in my headlamps this summer, how hard can it be...
-
If I can afford it I think I'll be ordering the d2s kit and doing this as a summer project, tons to read on hidplanet... Thanks luker
-
Do you mean this??? Approximately how much are those? H1 and D2S theyre both complete kits. It is a tad expensive. I would reccomend D2S if possible just for the fact that you can purchase a higher quality bulb. Hidplanet has some info on those kits I would really really suggest you read if you are at all planning on doing a retrofit Sure do look cool. Ill do some research on it, thanks for the help and guidance

I thought the 18 was around 480.

Ill look into the overlays. Wish I could afford one man, shit cost too much, wasn't yours like 40k after giving the surgeon a bj?
-
Im still undecided, sometimes I think stock looks cleaner while other times I like the blackness
-
Yeah I actually ordered some hids and less from sharphid but it was taking a while and they said they had it in stock, etc so I just canceled order and haven't reordered the stuff yet
