I've heard Marks last vehicle with the prototypes and Big Wills zcon setup. Both were extremely loud, and I didn't notice any lack of sq. At a certain point (in terms of loudness, dB level) everything distorts to the human ear and so forth. But both vehicles could have set the subwoofer very low and blended very well with the front stage. Then turn it up for excessive bass and start ripping body panels apart. So I know if I was in the market for new drivers, zcons would be my first choice.

Im running a pair of xcons off ~1000watts total, or 500watts to each driver. Xcons are rated for 1750watts. They still get really loud

Sketchup is pretty cool and free. Its good for measurements, cutouts, and volume. You gotta use another calculator to find port length for tuning.
