Build a new box for the L7. More volume.

The only thing not taken into consideration is the flaring on some aero ports.
-
How did you calculate for the multiple aero ports? It all comes down to port area. If you input more then one aeroport, the area of each port is added together, then port length is found for that total port area. Example: 10" circle = 78.54in^2 area. 2 10" circles = 157.08in^2 area. Then break 157.08 back down to a diameter for formula usage. 157/pi = 50 sqrt(50) = 7.07 7.07(2)= 14.14" diameter. Then use 14.14" diameter for formula. Same as: 1"x78.54" slot port, or 2"x157.04" slot port.

Done... http://portsgalore.stefanhinote.com/ I'll see what the IHOP has to say, then make a new thread.

Finished calculator, time to make it somewhat perrddy!

Depends on class, There are some extreme vehicles breaking 180 mark, but they're basically built like tanks, that you can't even drive.
-
So I'm making a calculator for minimum port area, aero port(s) length, and slot port length. I've found tons of slot port length calcs and even aero port length calc, but not for multiple aero ports, or for minimum port area... Hopefully it'll help people out.

There are a lot of very knowledgeable people willing to help you here, as long as you are specific with what you need help achieving. Don't be afraid of using the search bar on the forum, its a goldmine of information.

That's funny because they are larger in both interior space and hatch/trunk space than the SN95 Mustangs and that was my DD for 2 years. Probably have my old vehicle beat too, a TJ, rear seats out, didn't have much room to put a whole lot, then I put a 18" driver and enclosure in.

This is from the loudspeaker cookbook, I also made a calculator that uses both formulas for finding min diameter of vent / port area, for some reason the top formula (dickason) comes out rather large, the second formula (small) makes more sense. http://beta.stefanhinote.com/port/findvd.php

At least you can make calls and people can hear you. Only way someone can hear me on my droidx is if I put it on speaker phone. Complete BS.

Nice big screen Spec-wise, the Photon 4G features NVIDIA's snappy 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 SoC, a WebTop friendly 1GB of RAM, the aforementioned 16GB of internal storage and a whopping eight (!) radios: WiMAX, CDMA / EV-DO, GSM / EDGE (quadband), UMTS / HSPA (tri-band 850/1,900/2,100MHz), WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, GPS / AGPS and... FM (phew). Sounds like it's equipped to do pretty much anything. I think it'd be cool if they added an fm/am broadcaster to the phones, then you could "stream" music to stock headunits that don't have any aux, better then nothing.

Lately when it rains here, it pours for about five minutes then stops, a complete drag.

Anyone get the new Red Hot Chili Peppers album? I was pretty psyched about it for what ever reason, finally got it and only a few songs really stand out.....

Oh to be young again and only worry about how large an enclosure I could fit in my car versus needing room for toys, groceries, and tools. I wish my little wagon had that much room. When I pulled the enclosure out, I looked from outside the hatch to the front, just imagining all the possibilities, even bigger dumber enclosure, or no enclosure and I could sleep in my car for road trips... We can actually fit a 5' ladder in my father's c30, looking from the outside you'd never guess.

Oh to be young again and only worry about how large an enclosure I could fit in my car versus needing room for toys, groceries, and tools. Yep, eighteen, Could have bought a coupe and had less room, instead got a somewhat sporty wagon and did that. Still need some eibach springs and a few small things. My father was the one who got the impractical car, c30.

Thanks for the sticker, matches my car quite well

Well today I learned I can move heavy shit all by myself... Thank god I don't have zcons in there.

Why? firing forward?

The high speed rails vary from 110mph to extreme 361mph (an experimental one). The fastest manned rail vehicle was a manned rocket sled, that travelled at 1,017 km/h (632 mph). So yeah, don't think that would be faster, perhaps cheaper tickets?

Lol, they all have a lot of cone area and power. Maybe you should do 4 18s and 20kw, or 4 15s and 20kw, or 6 12s and 10kw, or 6 12s and 21kw, or 10 10s and 15kw, or 12 12s and 24kw, or 8 12s and 10kw, get my point? And if you don't, that's my point.

Looks sweet, makes me think of the ocean.

If you have the appropriate space for the enclosure, I would go with cone area over power, as Watts suggested, 2 12" dcons would be a very nice SQ system that still packs a punch.
