Im gonna glass all the corners to ensure a proper seal but im trying to stay away from glassing too much inside the box. i want it as smooth as possible. I'm not sure what could be any smoother then fiberglass.

I actually just got those cables for an install in my father's truck, worked out well.

Progress A lot of times I see the bottom areas like near fenderwells (curved) fiberglassed, then glassed all the way to the wood for sealing.

What made you decide to add one now? Same reason I decided to get rid of 147db of bass for a killer front stage, something different?

More pics I started glassing my kick panel area for a base, pulled out my huge enclosure from the back, and made a small wood case for the ms8 and 4chan amp.

Thanks, I'm not planning on running through the wizard then calling it a day. I read the entire manual today, it looks pretty awesome, I think after installing it, people could call me a "tweaker" and I couldn't take offense to it. I wouldn't worry about AP. They can be a bitch to properly tune (getting the right density/restrictiveness of AP material to optimally affect the response) and IMO with a high quality driver and proper consideration to installation and tuning equivalent results can be obtained. One thing a lot of people do which I've done in the past is almost a pseudo-AP enclosure by venting the kick directly into the carpet (if you're not willing to vent outside the vehicle). This gives the driver a little more breathing room and can also reduce some of the internal reflections within the enclosure. Hypothetically say I vented outside the cabin, how large of a hole would be required, could tubing be used or would it be too restrictive. Otherwise I'll leave ~2" diameter hole in the bottom of the kick pod into the carpet.

I forgot about mentioning best imaging for soley the driver or both seats, I'm just planning on both seats. I'll try aiming for the center dash / headunit, tweeter on bottom. What about an aperiodic membrane on the back side?

It looks like you have space to make the ports longer, thus reducing the tuning frequency.
