Shits changing from the past eh?

Career, don't want to manage people. Most of the stuff that interests me now, that I do or am involved with, I don't see doing for a final career. I like working with my hands, but not in the way of doing hard manual labor. Like fabrication would be cool, but depending on what level, it probably wouldn't make a whole lot $$$. I know this is sorta way out there then what I've posted earlier, but pressure welding? I've always liked graphic design / illustration but I've never been a creative enough person, always ended up writing code for the back end instead. When I was younger I was 100% certain I was going into programming/web design/of the sort, but now I somewhat dread that, guess it just depends on how much I'd be stuck behind a computer.

fall back on science-y shit. I still have a year or so until I really need to figure out what I'm going for.

Personally, I don't think that's too bad depending on the circumstances. This is your first year of college isn't it? I hate math but got an easy A in Calc I. This semester I'm taking a 100 level finite mathematics course and am putting 10x the work and still struggling. The professor is really shitty, but I don't think you should let your first college math course be the deciding factor.Maybe I'm wrong. Figured I'd throw it out there anyway I'm not going to just give up, but I don't want to drag myself into a pile of shit for the next few years either. Either way I'm still taking Calc II next semester and going up from there. The teacher I have now sucks as well, everyday I go online and find other lecture notes that just make sense. Circuits.

Make a "read me" topic, with instructions and asking the general basic questions, that way your not having to initially ask everyone their max dimensions, vehicle, carpet color, etc. Might make things a little easier for you guys.

Currently I'm in Calc 1 with an average C. Which is making me think perhaps I should do something that involves less math.

Alright, I need suggestions or fields I should look into for college. When I was younger I did a lot of stuff with computers, but now I'm getting sorta sick of them. I wouldn't mind using them for any field, but would rather not be on a computer 24/7. ^computer stuff being: OS installation, dual booting linux (a whole slew of different distros and gui interfaces, gnome, kde, etc), apache, mysql, php, css, html, did a little bit of visual basic in my early early days web insecurities: improper coding and exploitation, IE bugs and vulnerabilities. I'm no superstar when it comes to math, so I'm kinda sitting on the fence for engineering. Thinking electrical or mechanical. Anything electrical / scientific always interested me. Physics would probably be cool, haven't taken a class yet though. I'd rather be doing something interesting and somewhat enjoy the work then making absolute bank and hating my job. I know I'm being pretty vague here, just looking for shit in the general direction of science / computer / engineering and people's thoughts.

I have nothing to say, just in a good mood.

What's the wheel size and offset you can use?

Me too. Luckily we don't get any turmoil. I wish the monsoon season was longer this year. I love the lightning. J Yeah, we got jip'd this year.

My 3-way Bravox are all in my kicks. You can't tell, my stage is still ~6 inches above the dash. If you are doing an array (even a small one) my opinion would be to stack the drivers vertically and not horizontally. Something similar to your 5th picture above. The reason I would say this is because the dispersion is reduced in the orientation of the array, which works to our advantage if you're trying to avoid reflections, and generally the off-axis FR is also worse in the orientation of the array. So if you stack vertically you are limiting dispersion towards the dash and floor which reduces reflections and you aren't sitting in the off-axis area, if you run the array horizontally you are going to have more reflections off the dash and you'll be sitting in more of the "off-axis field" from the opposite side speakers.....which isn't good. Though again, I don't think tweeterless with an array is a great idea. If you have a 6" center-to-center spacing (with two 3" drivers) then the interference is potentially going to start around 2250hz and get worse as you increase in frequency. Let's rule some stuff out then. Since I can only afford the processing for a 2way, that means no tweeter. Which means a vertical array of mid range drivers isn't a good idea. So my options are: ~4" diameter driver with less then 3" depth that can play above the exodus ex-anarchy to the point of a tweeter (or at least where I would need it). It could possibly fit in the kick panels along with the ex-anarchy, if there isn't enough space, then it would go in dash but facing the person in the seat. So is there any full range drivers that you can think of that would fit those limitations, so much stuff on pe and madisound it makes hard to choose well. Or I could resort to a nice coaxial. Thanks for taking the time to read through all this.

Looks like I've missed some goodness.

I can see your T-Tops presenting a problem in the near future.

Have you measured the area where your current battery sits?
-
Why? Are they designed with more reserve capacity since they'll be supplying more amperage to make the same power as a 16v battery with less amperage?
-
The D-link router I had, had the worst interface ever. Menus and navigation was terrible, took me over an hour to setup something that would have taken minutes with my other linksys.

Awesome news.

One of our Saabs 9-3 had an opel engine and man was that a shitty design. The timing belt flexed in two opposite directions, you can guess what happened.

Came out well, just needs to match the dash color. You can't paint over the flocking can you?

Well, fuck. I adjusted it to how I read it, lol Initially that's how I read it, then went back and reread bees. Utah, 25 million beers, 25 million beers on one truck,
