    Correct shipping charge?

I hope you're not talking to me? I made this thread to double check if the shipping is correct so that I may support a good store instead of going to a competitor. The store I found sold the batteries at the same price as SSA, but with free shipping. Now I would like to support SSA, but $243 is not pocket change for a student. And I did not send any PM's about anything. I was not talking to you, hence the point about PM'ing people. We had this issue badly with Sundown and SKAR "reps" in the past, along with RD "reps" bashing product to push their own, all the while using the forum to make a buck. Lowest form of life. Hey man, I read your post and it sounds like you need batteries, and stuff. Shoot me a pm and I can give you some special deals if you keep it to yourself cause I'm a rep for xs/sundown/skar/cres/and more. OH wait, your...

    Stock Component Speaker System?

OEM speakers are tailored to work well in their environment, not sure what advantages you would gain by running them active.Better control over what is sent to them. They instantly sounded better as soon as I put my radio in. Then switching to Active made it even better. I understand a better head unit, amplifier, but what crossover changes and slopes have you made, and how did you come to them, trial and error? I've done a similar application and haven't had any issues--yet. You could look into a battery isolator too.

    alternator wishes come true??

not sure what good it would have done if he would have.. i have no clue what would be good/great and would would be poor/shit Internals will affect efficiency and longevity, soldering may not stand up well against high amperage, and depending on how its wired delta, wye, will effect idle output and max output. Hope it works.

Looked, couldn't find it. I can't remember if it was on here, smd, or a euro site, but last time I saw it it was like eight months ago.

I can't remember for the life of me, but somewhere I saw a pretty sweet build in one of those, guy was somewhere in Europe. I'll look for it.

Almost sounds too good to be true? Did he say what internals he uses? Does he solder the diodes in the rectifier?

I'm not sure what your trying to ask. Fi doesn't build or supply enclosures, but they do have general guidelines and cutout sheets:

    Welcome to the IHoP

Yesterday evening I was working in the driveway, had shit laid for everywhere, one minute it's light, another it's dark and I'm scrambling to put everything away.
  22. Appreciate it. I wanna say it took around 16 hours split between three days. Table saw, jigsaw, dremel, clamps, wood glue, spray adhesive, and a few other small things here and there. I think the table saw is what I really couldn't get my hands on. I didn't have one for a while and couldn't make straight cuts with the jigsaw, totally sucked if I tried making an enclosure. Finally got a tablesaw a while back, this is first time I actually used it for something.
