Sooo.. I got a gift and it's almost here
ssh replied to Shogen's topic in Mechman High Output Alternators
I don't see why you keep trying things and expect it to magically fix the alternator's turn on speed. Do I agree that it's shitty the alt turns off and produces zero amperage at idle? Absolutely, I would be mad as well. Get a refund, use an alternator that has a lower turn on speed (if it can be found). -
Doesn't sound that bad to me considering they replaced the tire, however the tread wear would be different then all the others and that may cause some slight steer / brake issues? (which I could agree would suck, if that's the case) We've had great luck at one jeep dealership, actually being able to go in the back and talk to the same mechanic that worked on everything we brought in (bugged the service rep but he wasn't about to piss us off and have us take all our work for three vehicles away to another shop). Then got reamed at another dodge dealership, called the jeep dealership we normally dealt with, asked for our service rep, asked him if their dealership was related to the other one, said yes, told him if he didn't fix things then he would lose us as a customer. After that and us bringing in our own parts, the bill nearly halved.

I was born in 93--old man. Fuck, I had graduated high school, moved to Russia, and nearly finished or finished a year of college before you were born. Hell I bet I fucked more women before you were born then you've been with yet. Probably.
-
I get to see this everyday, and ride it twice a week. *ducks for cover*

Currently it's Les Claypool, Larry "Ler" LaLonde, and Jay Lane.

Been listening to Primus all day, and watched the us version of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo at the theater (already seen the original versions). Still enjoyable. Dirt biking in the morning, try not to fall asleep when celebrating new years.

I almost forgot about him! He's busy cooking a zcon though.
-
If he's not straight, you guys gonna "have some fun?"

An additional 100a+ on stock electrical will likely require additional batteries, so the big 3 will help reduce resistance, but he'll likely come back to you for batteries.

I may sell my car, and in one year buy another car, perhaps a ferrari, perhaps you would be interested in purchasing?

Sounds like I can't go wrong either way. I've heard from a few Volvo guys that they used konis in front and bilstien in rear, partially because bilstiens were less and that the konis in rear raised the rear end up a little. Any thoughts on mixing?
-
Koni yellows or bilstien touring class shock struts? Had bilstiens in the past and worked well for the jeep, but I've read a lot of good things about the konis too. For the Volvo.

Sounds like way too much work. I thought about the privacy glass for making a liscense plate cover.

Yeah I guess it all comes down to numbers, how much exactly is too little or too much.

I hate to tell you this, but your ignorance isnt helpful.

Plunge router and jasper jig?

I peak at 39Hz. A large port tuned high can dig deeper then a small port tuned low. This thing gets nasty low too. I'm assuming net volume doesn't change as well. Is this concluded from testing, or read somewhere?

A change in diet can also contribute to getting more testosterone, just another option. Good luck.

Think there would be an audible difference from your current amp? Just got a bunch of tunes, time for listening.

They are actually in the kicks. I took a lot of time figuring out the placement for them. Why me no see?
