dude no one ever pays to use my termlab. i planed on doing that 5 years ago when i bought mine.. and as it seems every time no one has any money i think i have made maybe 50 bucks total maybe if i were more of a dick about it i would have made more. myth, cardio with either method should do the same... now lifting real heavy and exhausting muscle is great... I've been working to improve lower body more since you have such bigger muscle groups below the waste, the more muscle you have the easier it should technically be to burn fat... Get them legs strong buddy... And, swats before your workout will help. Working out your lower body causes your body to release testosterone. I didn't know getting spanked was considered "working out" Gets me in the mood. Good job on staying on track Steve, although I don't have issues with losing weight, I know how hard it can be sticking to a plan, or in my case working out to gain mass.

Have you modeled them up against other 8"+ drivers designed for midbass, to see how they compare? X2 if you're going to put in the work to fabricate something like that you wanna be damn sure you're choosing optimal drivers IMO. Ok is there somewhere I can read up on what I should be looking for, or a sticky somewhere. I'm all for reading and learning. This will be my first attempt at going active. I'm going to keep the tweets in the sail panels and put 4's i think on the dash....similar to j-road. If you want you can pm me info so we dont muddle up the ihop. Use the forum, make a thread. This. If you wanted to model them up you can use Unibox or Winisd, both of which are free. To model them IB just use a box size that's at least 10x VAS. Yeah normally I just set the volume to 100cubes.
