Should be plug and play pretty much. One side connects to the output from the radio, flip a switch for rca, and other side on loc has rca outputs. Radio - LOC - RCA wires to amp. It should also come with some instructions, should be straight forward if you haven't looked at it in hand yet.

Have both of your knees rebuilt and then see what you think about squats. What all have you fucked up from weight training? I understand proper form is important, but even so, it only helps so much? I've start lifting, and would like to be functionally "normal" when I'm older.

Due to some asshats at work, the gym cards are suspended, so I had to go to a gym nearby. No way of doing squats, otherwise it was alright Any free weights? Yep, I can do everything I did at the other but not squats since there is no stand for the bar. There is a Scott machine, doesn't look too nice to do squats there. I've been contemplating on buying an olympic bar and weights and building my own stands. Apart from pulley pull-ups I don't need any machines and always use the olympic bar. That's the next thing I'm getting, squat rack. Like this: Only I won't have that stupid grin on my face. I thought that was you.
