    Welcome to the IHoP

    I've heard whey doesn't work well, but I've had good luck with whey isolate. You can use either water or milk, I tend to use milk, and very very little. Try it with milk, and may have to add a scoop to thicken. I've been using the now brand whey isolate, I really like it as it doesn't have any taste so it's easy to add to just about anything, but on the other hand some cheaper vanilla flavored whey sounds good too. My next purchase will likely be both.

    Computer has been slow as shit for the last eight months, and I just kinda dealt with. Forgot about a backup / replaced computer we have sitting around, pulled out the ram, and boom win7 is fast now. Why didn't I do this EARLIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    How much muscle? Building muscle mass and running don't exactly go hand in hand. Nothing huge really, just defined I guess. I need a diet plan too lol. I'd like to improve my 1.5 mi run time and situps for my PT stuff. P90X Bro! So many different ways to work out, and eat.
