Whose dick is bigger? A wall behind the c-pillar sounds sorta pointless to me, as the idea is to minimize volume that needs to be pressurized. Putting it so far back likely wouldn't have much gain compared to a traditional install.

So much potential, and by that I don't mean a wall. Chloe better not be the family dog.

If the car is off, but stereo on, does it still make the noise? Does adjusting the volume have any effect?
-
I just push it back in, no biggie.

I will check those places out. Most of what I found online is similarly priced to the local place after shipping etc. What is seasoning a humidor? Apply seasoning to the outside of the humidor, and the aroma will gradually make it's way into the humidor from the temperature difference. ------------ I kid, hehe. No fucking idea.

Is there a difference in output between 400-1000 watts?

Perceived loudness is also dependent on frequency, so I wouldn't use such a broad generality. -

log(1000/400)*10 = 3.9794dB However speakers aren't very efficient, and they have their limitations. -
Pick a commodity, say oil, if you averaged out the cost of a barrel of crude oil over the last forty years, and compared it against the value of gold, and then USD, you might be surprised. http://www.kitco.com...f/au75-pres.gif http://www.wtrg.com/...ilprice1970.gif Yes there are other factors, fluctuation occurs, and money could be made, but I still wouldn't consider it much of an investment. 2002, 1oz gold = $350 2010 1oz gold = $1400 2002 1 barrel crude oil = $27 2010 1 barrel crude oil = $80 $350 / $27 = 13 barrels of crude oil could be purchased with 1oz of gold in 2002. $1400 / $80 = 17.5 barrels of crude oil could be purchased with 1oz of gold in 2010. The price of 1oz of gold in USD in 2002 was $350, and in 2010 it was $1400. So you think you made four times your money, yet you can only buy an additional 4.5 barrels of crude oil, so yes you did get a return, but it isn't anywhere near what you think you got (58.5 barrels). If you did the same thing as above for 1990 to 2000, you would have gone from 13 barrels to 9 barrels, so yes it fluctuates, markets aren't simple, but if you continue to do this over and over, you may have a different opinion on gold and investment.

Unless you measured the power output from both amps, your not comparing "400watts" to "1000watts." -

Your quote almost makes it seem like you are happy with the drivers. I think the sarcasm will be lost on most people. After 98gmc commented, I edited mine so I was blatant.

Won't help? I'm not really trying to fix anything. All I wanted to originally do is put a 12" woofer in this box. There was never a problem. There isn't a problem with port noise or anything else like. Okay there isn't a problem, but a 12" driver is likely going to displace much more air then a 10" driver, so port speed will go up, but maybe you won't notice it, or it won't be enough to matter.
