Just get a minidsp 2x4 revB + isolator, + 2way advanced plugin. All in all it'll cost less then $200 (less then all other processors), and it'll have more flexibility then a lot of other expensive processors. You will need a laptop to make adjustments though (which can be set it, and forget it).

I did 0 modification to my doors other than an mdf ring and fit 8's. Let me get some pics of my doors real quick. That last statement doesn't mean much considering you have different door panels. IE: I had to hack up my door panel to fit 7" OD drivers.

Your going to need to do some research on drivers. I wouldn't bother with a super tweeter or bullet tweeter. An adapter could be made out of wood, or possibly already made plastic ones on sonicelectronix, crutchfield, etc. Your also going to need to measure your mounting depth, so you know what drivers you can fit without hitting the window when down.

I get it too, but seems like it would limit any progression? Playing sealed up like that is about the only way we could break it. So doors open or window down will not do it, which is how we demo. It's metering frequency doesn't move the windshield hardly any. So the ability to break it doesn't hinder our scores. Okay that makes sense.

Pretty much. You haven't stated what your current speakers are, and if they are amped, but depending on that yes you could possibly upgrade to some 5.25" component set, and end up with some more output then what have now, but it won't put you anywhere close to being well heard and balanced in relation to 157dB of bass (not that I honestly would ever want to hear a front stage that loud, it would literally be deafening). And that's kinda my point. Looking for the shock and awe factor with good clarity as well. Well you can either severely compromise on your goals, and gain some loudness, or fabricate some panels for some larger drivers, and gain a lot more. Another thing to consider is aside from the fabrication, you'll need some sort of processing, and deal with tuning it all. Have you looked around and seen what others have fit / done on their doors? At least to give you an idea of what you can physically fit.

    2- IB315 in the trunk

Waiting on pics, I'm assuming you scratched the idea of two 15s? Thats what I was wondering. Thought u were doing 2 15s? He posted something about needing the room. Must be something to do with having a child on the way.

There isn't any way to skirt your limitations at hand, and still meet your goals.

A bigger amp may help reduce strain on your electrical, or add?

What the fuck kind of weed dealers you got out there? They just use garbage bags around here. There's a difference between premium shit from a dispensary with thc % cbd % labeling verse mersh that comes from Mexico by the bundles, and is sold at your local high school. Now I sound like a snob.

Fuck da Police. Seriously though sounds like something I'd consider, especially since it could improve the score on the meter.

I don't think it's legal, and not sure if this vehicle is towed or driven, but have you thought about using lexan or bulletproof type glass?

Not going to happen without fabrication. It's akin to telling your mechanic you want them to make your car fast, and only want to spend fifty bucks. Your going to need a LOT more cone area from the woofer / mid, and some large format tweeters to get closer to what you want. 5.25" isn't going to cut it. Compromise and use some large pro audio mids & horns / large format tweeters, or perhaps make little headway with the largest component set you can fit.

What about mason jars, or something like this: http://www.containerstore.com/shop/kitchen/foodStorage/jarsTerrines?productId=10011037 That's what all the weed dealers use.
