Fucking hate painting. It's the devil's work.
  3. Audison bit one perhaps, but it's still going to require tuning. Rockford 3sixty, jbl ms8, audison bit one, bit ten, alpine imprint, minidsp. All that comes to mind.

What about post-workout carbs and fats from that point of view ? Afterwards, it's time to feast.

Yeahhhhhh buddy. What are you majoring in again Stefan? Undecided. Haven't transferred to the university yet so it's chILL. Definitely doing something in science, perhaps biochem.

I try to shorten my workouts with compounds. I actually hit everything in each workout, even as short as they are. 45 degree bent over rows really hit almost every muscle group and it is totally exhausting. Ever do deadlifts?

I should have snuck some in on the Jazz memory card. Pretty much all I listened to going up to flag.

Looking for quicker recovery rates at heavier lifts. But BCCA seems to be the typical call Nothing wrong in using what actually works. If your not taking creatine you might also try that. I've read where people started taking it for a few weeks, and were able to pull out a few more reps across their workout then before. I would try the bcaa first as I think it's more direct to what your asking about.

Sound Deadening Project like no other

A LOT!! but its still lighter then washed garden stones I am trying to stop everything as much as possible, I am after every dB I can get. I spend 40+ hours a week in my truck and i am going deaf. I see people at SPL contests just put like 18" of concrete in their cars. its a bit excessive but i just figured it was the way to go. if all i am after is mass then can i just do the the washed stones in polyester idea? I cant think of anything with more mass or density the stone. I don't know enough about it to tell you one way or another exactly, so I won't point you in the wrong direction, but I know as far traditional car audio sound deadening products go, the thick rubber type (mass loaded vinyl) is the one actually deadening the cabin. The tiles with aluminum and butyl or asphalt are designed to reduce panel resonance, and the thin foam (closed cell foam) is designed to prevent interior panels from rubbing against each other, and making noise.

To deaden the cabin your going to want mass, and Don's MLV is perfect for that.

Sort of akin to power to weight ratio.

    Welcome to the IHoP

Generally I don't have goals like that-other then gymnastic progressions, but thought it would be fun to train for it. Not sure what you mean by looking cool if your muscular, but not if your skinny. Either way it requires a lot of strength, strength relative to one's body-weight.

    Welcome to the IHoP

I've been doing weighted chins, and it's been working quite well, but I'm wondering what would get me to a one arm chin first: continuing the weighted chins, or doing one arm chins + other hand assisting with pinky grip. I'm talking chins at the moment, not pull ups, and currently I can't do any one armed ones, I can only do negatives, or with assisted pinky.

weighted chins>one arm chins Your missing my goal, lol.

Curious if anyone has trained for one arm chins? Deciding whether I should do more weighted chins, or one arm + pinky assist chins...
