You need to measure your doors. What space restrictions do you have? Depth? How much space do you have up on the a-pillars? Are you willing to glass the a-pillars / doors, or using stock locations? Definitely go with a two-way. If your head-unit doesn't support active processing you can use a minidsp (you'll want a laptop for tuning).

Mine did that here and there too. I used the federal ammo with the copper jacket, and that helped alleviate some of the build up.

Any drift and things won't mate and will look like crap. Hmmm. I can definitely clamp the drill in a vice, but can't imagine keeping the board perpendicular (8' long). Too big of a hole to plunge route? The router I have is fixed. Guess this gives me a reason to buy a plunge router. Hole is 1-1/4"

Awesome. Although not enough to ride with stock cooling It only lasted for about three hours after I woke up, but it was a surprise. Side note. So after screwing around with my forks, I've come to the conclusion that the stiffness issue must be from the forks binding. So I Pulled the triple clamps off, and the lower clamps have a slight "rock" to them on a flat surface. Not sure if I can find some pvc pipe with the same diameter as the forks, mount two 10' pieces, and see if I can visually see a skew.
