NP : Afrika Bambaataa - no dope friend on the floor. i heard some of their songs in a friend's car a while ago. thought they had some decent beats. it took a while to get the album

a pretty fun packed day if i leave the heat out of the picture.

and the situation got better. after dad got it out of the ditch, the engine stalled (sp?) while the car was on a big incline. not enough gas ftl ! luckily we had some gas in a bottle

i like driving that little hooptie better than the driving school car. even though the driving school car claims twice the hp, the jeep is more agile

dang, today was VERY hot. not a good idea to go to my grandparents in dad's jeep. the ventilation system is stuck on hot i managed to drive the jeep into a ditch. rwd, worn tires, no weight on the back and the road inclined towards the ditch weren't a good combination.

NP : Atb - The Summer.

no problem with the ">" just remeber where you put the program. "cd *name*" changes the directory to the directory called *name* "dir /p" shows the contents of the current directory (/p is used for only showing one page at the time)

not quite what you were saying...

it happens because of the surface of the mentos "pill". it don't know exactly how to describe the effect. i was too busy learning for the driving school written exam. they drilled a small hole in the bottle cap and pulled a string threough it. they also drilled a small hole through each mentos and pulled the string through. then the made a knot at the end, screwed the cap back on and let the string go.

let's say you program is called leap.exe and is located : c:\program files\leap\leap.exe in the command prompt type (witout " ): "c:" to change the drive letter to c then "cd program files" then "cd leap" then type "leap.exe". best i can do to help without being in front of the pc to exit dos, type "exit" once you're back to the command prompt. j/k you always learn by trying. don't worry, there's nothing to damage. well atleast not intended damage

How would you keep the engine running though? you need some sort of inertia to compress the gasses and you still have to turn the cam shaft and have spark, unless you wanted to use an F1 style injection/valve train/and ignition...which would be rather expensive. *EDIT* After rereading I get what you are saying. Similar to what Ramos suggested. Superb idea IMO. A Briggs and Statton 1cyl 12hp motor with the head remove would do the trick. Attach it's output shaft to the output shaft of the transmission. Would take some serious planning and fabrication so that it doesnt vibrate the link apart, but that is an excelent idea. seen the chit in junkyard wars. they built a pump out of 2 engines. just couldn't find the right words : take the head off. stupid dictionary. it may be illegal the way they did it, but you may just build a normal wall and the biggest woof you can fit there. also, by revving the engine the freq goes up. the only advantage i see is that you won't need to spend $$$ on amps and electrical system. just one scrap engine and one good engine. ramos, got enough cf to make a cone for the project ? -
lol, that mnaines really knows his stuff... poor kid.

there was a site set up by the guys that did the experiment. lots of movies and explanations. i'll try to fin the link again...

separate engine that drives a 1 piston engine. cone attached directly to the piston. that way you won't need a spyder and it would be 'linear'. -

sheet metal is stronger than aluminum. my guess is that the alu cone would break first. titanium, cf, fg cone ? anyway, the mythbusters have limited time to build, but the result is admirable. local cable company might be broadcasting with some delay compared to the us. i hope i won't miss the episode.
