I don't doubt that he hit 150, i don't think people should get so offended even if he is lying, who gives a fluck haha I'm ready for that video though!

Tuned pretty high for Type R's, and if you have the room.. you should go 5 cuft after all displacements. Box looks pretty good

Electrical needs for running a saz-3500d + sax-125.2
BanginGMC replied to mrbojang's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
No, how do you figure your stock alt is going to manage close to $1k in batts? Spend 500 on an H/O from DC Power and buy a big battery from XS Power and call it a day. Stock Alt will break if its over loaded, am i just saying this because of what i read? No, as my truck sits in front of my driveway non-drivable because my Stock Alt JUST crashed on me because of what your going to do. -

So i contacted DC Power today and Mechman, I don't have many options.. but I did narrow it down to these. Mechman -- 250amp ( 145 idle ) DC Power -- 320amp ( 130-140 idle ) Here I come DC Power Sorry for the slow progress guys
-
Thanks for the kind words dude! I would recommend Type R's to anyone
-
Haha thats what I like to hear I can get them now, but I have a check list and i'm debating what I should get first. 320amp DC Power Alternator XS Power Batts ( D3100s or D3400s ) (2) Sundown 4500 (2) AA SMD ( 18s if it'll fit, if not 15s ) A box built from one of our own SSA builders We've been brainstorming a lot of crazy ideas.. can't give them away though
-
Arizona FTW lol

Not a prob dude I'm going back to work in an hour or so, the Semi Truck is suppose to be there within an hour so we can unload the bags then cut the other Goal box and a few other things. Then we have to glue the edges down around the outside of the field.

Okay so obvs this is NOT car audio build log, and i couldn't decide if this belongs in the Off Topic or what so fuck it Most people don't know how it's done, a lot of people ask me.. but it's to complicated to explain in a small conversation. So.. what's better then a build log? This is mainly for my SSA brothers and sisters to kill some time This is going to be a Soccer Field in Scottsdale, AZ It's 14 thousand square feet. This was originally an Inline Hockey Rink, but in AZ Soccer is SO much more popular. Pulling the rolls of Turf off the trailer Before we touched anything Dropping the rolls of Turf in place Second roll dropped Keeeeep em coming! Rolling them out Once rolled out we have to cut a strip off on one side Another rolled out! Third one down! FIFTH ONE DOWN! -- We we're kickin' ass! Sixth one downn! One more to go! -- rolled it out right after this picture.. see the roll past the goal? Now start the gluing! This shit willlllll make you a DIRTY STICKY MESS!!!!!!!!! Got Glue?! Spinning the glue More spinning Seam Tape Glue Tray!!! Thank god for this... best 300 dollars ever spent! Field marked for Seam Tape AND WE'RE ON! Waiting for the glue to tac up, rolled out a all the lines Glued down and drying ( don't mind the wrinkle, 30,000 pounds of grounded up rubber flattens them all! ) ( we walked on the seams for better stickiness, thats why the seams look like that ) Tomorrow we will be cutting the circles, goal boxes, and other little things required Here's some random pictures, tomorrow i will have more pictures of progress for you guys! "Cobs" from the rolls of Turf, when these get wet it is a PAIN to roll the Turf out. Backing of the Turf, those rows are called "Bead Rows" Thats us!
