If you're asking if speakers will sound good if they're not in the stock placement, then your answer is... it's install dependent. Look into my build log, so far it's all about my doors. I had no stock speaker placement.

Today i went to my truck to take pictures of the space i have to work with behind the seats and i said fuck it i'll take a video for the guys on SSA and also to show the room i have even more It was hot as hellllll so i didn't take time to make the video good, i just kept shooting. Sub? port? sub and port? If you can get a nice amount of space between the back wall and the port, so its not loading off with 3 inches of space between.. understand? Also, sub facing H/U could be interesting with the port loading off back wall. This is a small box, so trial error would be easy to do.

Here's a 3D model of an enclosure for those drivers.. i have the cut-list around here somewhere Box is 8 cubes NET with around 135 square inches of port tuned to around 36 hz. Port is 6" wide Final box dimensions: 45"W x 20"D x 24"H -- with a double baffle Top/Bottom (3) = 45" x 20" Side L (1) = 19.25" x 22.5" Back (1) = 45" x 22.5" Side R (1) = 18.5" x 22.5" Front (1) = 38.25" x 22.5" Port 1 = 12.5" x 22.5" Port 2 = 3" x 22.5" **** It is your choice whether or not you want to put a 45 on the inner port wall (the 90 degree) so that airflow is better throughout the port **** Port 2 will be mounted on the SIDE of port 1 NOT on top of port 1 (this is so that the first part of the port is still 6" in width -- port is 6" in width

I was wondering because the vocals were lacking, yes.. its a video of the system and i know it could be misleading. I like your wood skills. 4x6's aren't great, they don't have good midrange. I'm in the process of working on that. Thanks on the complement. That was my first curved box. I'm planning my next build. It'll either have flared ports and/or curves in the box to get more airspace. I showed my brother this, he has a single cab and is stumped on how to fit a nice system in it, he like the center counsel.
