Amen. At the very least, it's better than my crappy wal mart battery This is true. -
Who has their amps mounted on enclosure?
BanginGMC replied to BanginGMC's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
It sounds like it shouldn't be a problem, i'll have to get a nice metal enclosure to house the batts while being in the bed. Tool box of some sort.. -

Not even close, i have about.. 4 inches of height under the seat. I was thinking about the bed, then running wires under the truck, coming up into the cab.. but, idk. I dont see why that wouldnt work if you have everything planned already, if its possible then go that route. Are you doing a blowthrough? No blowthrough, i have a rough design of the enclosure.. but i don't want to leak it out because i'd be pretty upset if someone were to steal my ideas before the enclosure is made. Roughly 8 cubes behind my seats of an ext cab -
just as good...... at night I would play fight night on a projector and it would look alright with all the lights off. I never tried with the lights on or sunlight coming through. P.S. beautiful house, still in PHX?

Thanks man. The rims really are beautiful, but pictures just don't do justice.. takes me about 45 min to really clean each one. I decided to go with (2) AQ3500s instead; 1 ohm power @ 14.4V @ < 1% THD 4300W x 1. I've been told they will handle them like a champ by a dealer. The subs i had before were (2) Alpine Type R's running off a PDX1000.. SO, the change should be pretty impressive!

Looks clean! -
2-2.5 cuft @ 32hz works best for housing that driver!

Don't save your money, buy what you want. I cannot help you on brands though, Lexanis aren't really around 200 a rim.

I hope it isn't too long... 400 a pop is going to get pricey.. lol
