In your manual it should show you how to strap them, if they're strap-able. Be aware, if one amp fails.. it WILL cause the other amp to fail as well. That could be a very expensive break. good point. didnt think about that. but think about it. if he bought an aq2200d it has the same chance as one 1200d failing right? Since he already has one 1200d just get one more. BTL d1 wire to 2 ohm. I would post the AQ1200d on the F/S thread and see how many bites it gets, if it gets a lot of interest then i would sell it and buy the AQ2200. As for the same chance as failing, there's a lot of things that come into amps failing lol so i can't answer that question without some doubt.

Well, with my doors the way they are..i had to screw part of the door trim panel into the door itself, so it's pretty impossible for it to come off. The bottom part is screwed into the door. I know on the SDS website it sells Velcro to hold it on, so i imagine it works great.

take the retail of each product, cut it in half, total it up, knock 100 bucks off, then boom.

You'll run one single wire from the POS to NEG on the speaker.. Then run one single wire from the POS on the speaker to the POS on the amp.. Then run one single wire from the NEG on the speaker to the NEG on the amp.

I've always been against it, because it seems like it would vibrate the living fuck out of the guts and possibly make parts become loose and resulting in the amp being faulty. BUT! I am tight on space, and might have to do so. So i was wondering if everyone who has done this before can tell me if their amp(s) had a problem, if so what problem and/or if the amp was fine. Please include name(s) of equipment! Thank you!

Did it damage the amp at all? I'll probably bolt the amp down instead of screws.
