Well at least get a HDTV. 50" is a bit much, you could definetly get away with something smaller. Is ebay canada a no go ? Im shure you could find a better deal online than in a shop. Like ive said numerous times before....ive never needed to use a warranty and when i did it was long gone. Its not something I really "compare"

HDTV pwns all. Your money is better spent buying a projector.

I think im just going to keep it sealed. to much work to port it to 35hz I'll prob make it a fart box and tune to 40hz since i can just throw a piece of wood over the holes

Except for the fact that they were seriously massive for how little they put out. The new Xterminators are sweet as well. Much better looking than the IS...blech ! Do you guys think 1 2.25" port is enough for my e8a ? If i use 2 i'll have to tune to 40hz since they arent that long and going with a larger port diameter still causes the same problem....high tuning.

I wouldnt send 1200W to that thing, its just not worth the risk

Sound splinter listed enclosurfe specs on the 1st page. With enough power this thing should do great in a HT application. Thats depending on the room size though....

We used a cold cathode kit for a computer. Comes with 2 12" neon tubes and a transformer. 1 per amp. Oh ya, dennis also forgot to show my sweet little switch idea for the cold cathodes.

I must say, twas a rather good idea we had. It looks pretty dang clean. I would change the LED's on the logo. Im not really feeling the green and red. It doesnt match anything. White and blue ftw !

It was prob 50* or so here today. And it rained.

yep, i only have a .6ft^3 and my ports need to be 20" long to just get 36hz. thw ports dont fit inside

I dont use it to build, I use it to get a rough idea, I would love a large folded horn for this beast, I heard a HT with a pair of 8s in a folded horn (could have been TL not sure) that with my eyes closed had the presence of 12's, I have no idea where I could put the RL-i, I just want one, err um maybe 8 in a bass race box <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i know, i was just telling everyone that it doesnt exactly work that well..
