  1. Thanks a ton Mmray... Finally someone throws some names out there. I might go with Ohio Generator or Mean Green. Haven't heard many good things about Iraqqi's customer service.
  2. When I say price i mean resonable and something that doesn't cost over $400...
  3. How about one with a good price/quality ratio... .
  4. I got a DMM but i was wondering where do i need to stick the positive and negatives to know what my voice coil config is...

How do i check the voice coil on the RL-P?

Yup, I definatly can fill you on that plane statement.

How do i check the voice coil on the RL-P?

Price doesn't mean its the best. Thats why an RL-P is every bit as good as an 05 model xXx...

How do i check the voice coil on the RL-P?

DMMs kick ass lol, I'm going to be using it for everything now. I didn't know that they were as useful as peps on the forums made em out to be. All this sweetness in a $30 or less package.

Which would be better to power two RL-P 12s?

Now, I'm thinking about running the MD2 LoL. I hear that it is a much better quality amp. But what I want to know is will I be able to run this amp and be able to turn my music up pretty loud and not burn the sub's voice coils up. That question determines what amp I want.

    Check out my wallpaper...

I can't wait for mine to make it too. I should be getting em in the middle of next week.

Which would be better to power two RL-P 12s?

I think I'm going to go with the Opti drive 2000D since mike said 2000 watts on the RL-Ps would be overkill and it sits right at home with 700-800 watts. Opti seems perfect with 1600 Watts @ 1 ohm and I probably can find it for $300 shipped which hits me right where I want to be in the wallet.

Which would be better to power two RL-P 12s?

You think running the US Amps MD2 off a Yellow Top D34+ my 110 A Alt. would be enough to keep me from dimming?

Which would be better to power two RL-P 12s?

But do they need 1900 watts and would it be much of a difference in terms of performance to 1400 watts?

Which would be better to power two RL-P 12s?

IDK now lol, I might go with the Opti since it would power them sufficently and I wouldn't have to worry about overpowering them like I would with the MD2. 1000 watts is a lot to give them and doesn't leave much headroom.

Which would be better to power two RL-P 12s?

i know it doesn't. I'll probably just set the gains by ear. DMMs= eh...
  18. Hayabusa

Which would be better to power two RL-P 12s?

Yeah i'm pretty good with the gains... Probably wouldn't have them much more over halfway. Will be going with a sealed enclosure FYI...

Which would be better to power two RL-P 12s?

yup I talked to him. He gave me a sweet quote for the MD2. I'm going to go with that if the deal still stands in july when I should have the money for em. You think thats too much for em or will it hit them just right?
  20. I was wondering how much would it cost for two 12 inch RL-Ps to ship 39773?

    RL-P QUESTION

I hear that L7s perfer to be sealed than ported...
  22. Hayabusa

    rl-s baby!!!

I thought the RL-S would go better in an sealed enclosure?
  23. Hayabusa

don't think you can strap 2500's can you? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nope, I doubt you can unless you mod em.
