Since we brought it up....this smells like canadian car audio. Which also has a FS rule closely resembling the description in statement #2.

Able to sell without 25 posts? Excellent. Able to buy? Retarded..
-
Yep, and then some. Just as good as they were, and IMO, better since its one hell of alot easier to install.
-
prolly @4ohms will they be making a model to replace the usa-2000? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They did in 05. It was the AX2000HC.
-
I still havent hooked her up, im kinda waiting on my high to come in, but Ill snap some running pics soon. 95, i was just funnin'!
-
slightly. and i believe it's from the "tube heater". <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You and your dirty amp. Ill get pics if you want, when shes hooked up (Flakko),... if you want.

hahaha dony worry, usamps is gonna fix that... they in the process of finding a new receptionist lol... gotta find one quick before there are any more rants. the new ones or old ones? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The 05. The older plexis slide in, instead of 8-10 or w/e screws. Add pressure, and they break. He didnt want to send a replacement, because....you guessed it, they break easy. Umm....pack em better? lol Its not that bad, the stuff is cheap, in fact i told the seller not to worry about it. The selling price was a deal enough. Ill make my own plexi.

Where is most of the money from US amps made. Where is the office? My assumption is "the US." Then why, can i NOT understand half of what the guy who answers the phone says? I dont like spending 5 extra dollars on a LD cell call to have to explain myself thrice, or ask to have something repeated 2x said amount. Bad form. Has nothing whatsoever to do with race, it has everything to do with having questions answered by someone who fluently speaks the most common language of your customers. Since im ranting, the packaging of the AX line is lacking. The plexi they wont send you....because they break easy, gets broken, and UPS wont replace. Thats all the bad news i have...... The good news is........i just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico.

I "know" more than a few of ya. Sup? Same ol' me. edit: spelling

we provide a free place for US Amps to interact with their customers, and they should have a link to here to help customers <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Agreed.
-
should be here today, hopefully will have a review tomorrow at the latest although it will only be running @ 2ohm until my new box is finished. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Cool, some guys over at my forum are looking in to getting one and are interested in your input. Thanks.

Can we get a review of this ASAP? Been looking for one.

The AX2000 is still the bad boy on the block it always was. No doubt in my mind she does rated or better. Stomps a mudhole in my Treo SSX 1500.1. Bought off eBay for 380!!! Factory modded (whatever that means) to go low and take more v. AFAIC.....no worries with the output, quality, or looks of this amp. To the naysayers....thanks for not believing in US Amps, i enjoy hella deals! Rating.... Performance 10/10..... as always. Build quality 10/10 (survived USAC all year and finals) and now....since the annoying screws are absent replaced by 1/0 or maybe just 0/0, its one hell of alot easier to hook up, and less prone to failure due to ignorance/drunkness/accident.

What a shameless self promotion! I like it!

At a loss again.....show every weekend here, during the summer of course. I even went to a 3x dbdrag event in Indy (slamology 05) so perhaps you havent looked hard enough? There is definitely more traveling involved when doing it from here, especially, if you do it through an organization. IMO, if you want to do it seriously, traveling will be a necessity, rather than a possibility anyway. Just the way it is. Point wonts come to you.

x3 for Indiana Cept we had them every month last year.

Every single amp was used and probably abused.....if not before, then after i bought. Not one broke or arrived that way. Thats a hell of a run. I dont give a shti who made it. US Amps makes some nice, clean, built to last amps. The only amp i EVER trusted to buy used. (easy to fix...parts are common)

4000x - power hungry whore, not really a daily amp, but neat to bang around the local comps with. Still a badass in a little package. (4k? doubt, but fun anyway) VLX - 400 Too long *read as big* for the power she makes, and i dont like hardwired amps. At 44", it ranks high on the wow factor i must say. (3200) Limited prod. Gold Plated 400. One of 4. Mint. Nothing anyone can say bad about this gal. One spectacular piece. Wish i had never parted with. (1200) DE-1000 bought for resale tested and she banged. Less light dim than any other US rated at 1000w sans the Tripaths. Other than that, just another US to me. 1100T.....wow, efficient little bish, ran ice cold, no light dim, only drawback was the inability to replace the chip if damaged. Never did...... PT-1100's x3 1000+ w of ice cold power at @ 8 ohm steroe 90% efficient? I might buy that. Another set i wish i still had. US 1000 ..... ran hotter than hell, shut down only once. Beat the crap out of Brahma quite nicely. US 100 US 200 (and various other metal bottoms) Just your run of the mill OS badass, still kickin, bought used and beat relentlessly, but never died, and paid 100 a piece for on ebay peiece is car audio history. Sold and stolen. Im 32, ive been running thse babies a looong time. US 200X..... melted my damn DLS mag xovers. Yea, like the rest, shes bad! I have a list somewhere and i know there are more but this will do, as these were my favorites. I sold the collection to get my house back when we lost it. TU4360 (old school) and ax2000(05' modded so she can go low)) reviews to follow. They just came in today.

That is an old DE with 1100T endcaps. Ive had 3/4 of the series ever made, including this Tripath and 3 others mentioned, so im not new to US's. The pt-1100's were badasses. 90% eff, ran ice cold, and made power at 8ohm, you could have that in stereo if you wished. Neat - 0. Anway.....Proof? My old REAL 1100T, as sold to Paradigmskater, a staff member of a place i frequent. http://www.sounddomain.com/ride/2115548/2 NOTE.....see the chip? T's are tripaths. Ill bet you 2 bucks that amp came from eBay. I saw a fool trying to hawk it, with incorrect endcaps and all, a while back, and passed on it.

I just figured out what "Stuffed them himself" truly means when speaking of him, when i researched his account while bored. He buys used amps off eBay uses those boards under the new sinks. He uses the same account to buy as he does to sell. Doh.

VFL 400.1
Renegadesrun replied to Big Nev's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
The 150.1's do, (look like brax), but the 400.1 is in the plain-jane, silver "SQ" series, low finned, heatsink. -
That IS Milo. 100% sure. I had purchased a few "frankensteins" back in the day. It didnt go well.
