Very nice build. BTW what did you use for the terminals on the outside of the box? Just asking because I don't really want to punch holes through my box to run the wires to the amp.

No hd7 I hate mine. I'm actually looking at getting a new IPhone or going with that new Samsung one Note with that giant screen it has. Also I just realized you said HD7s. That's the one with the oled screen(I just have the hd7) the screen on the hd7s is best part about the phone, WP7 doesn't have much support for apps and stuff so we dont get many apps or we get them hella late. -

I just made some tweaks from the first one. I tried building it in Sketchup and somehow the sides where shorter then the bottom and all types of stuff happened. Uploaded with ImageShack.us -

So I should have a protein shake after a work out or before. I know ether way I get the protein, but do muscles start rebuilding immediately after a work out or does your body take awhile to start the process? Also I guess it would depend on how fast a person's body uses protein right? -

Really? Muscle burns twice as much as calories as fat? i did not know that. I always thought someone should do cardio over weight lifting to lose weight. X2 Also if I may chime in what foods are good after a work out, and do protein shakes really have a definite affect? -

On another note, the Zcon is a really nice sub plus if your worried about price. If you buy one sub you get the 10% store credit back for the next purchase, but I don't know if it expires. I don't think it would atleast.
