Hey all, So the other day i was listening to my music when all of a sudden, my FI Q starts starts going in on itself. It was playing a completely separate beat from the music and instead of flexing out, it was flexing in. I turned down the music but that did nothing, i turned down the remote gain but that did nothing so i ripped out the speaker cable from the amp to stop any further damage to the sub. The amp is a MTX JH1200. I'm only running 4 ga to it and I have the big three upgrade. I checked the fuse on the 0 ga running to the batt and it was blown so i will be replacing that shortly. The wiring on the sub is all right. so its the amp thats broken. The amp makes a clicking sound when the car is on. Also, the light on the remote turns on periodically even when the keys arent in the ignition. On the side of the amp, the light with the little thunderbolt is on, whatever that means. Also when the car is off, the overheating light sometimes turns on. is the amp just completely fucked or can I fix it? Thanks for the help!

I've had my fi Q12 for about 7 months now. I woke up one day, started driving turned up the volume and all of a sudden a horrible rattling noise started playing. It's like a car rattling noise but coming directly from the speaker. I dont think the sub is blown. the cone pushes down just fine but I hate to play it loud cause it sounds so bad for the sub. I just took it out in case i need to send it in to get reconed. do you think ill need to do that? what do you think the problem is? thanks

if this is in the wrong section, please move/delete it. I've had my fi Q 12 for about 4 or 5 months now. I have an mtx amp which supposedly gives out 1200rms at 1 ohm but i only have kicker 4 ga running to it so i doubt its putting 1200rms out. the sub has recently started making weird rattling noises when played at about 5/8 to max volume. i hope its not blown out. the cone pushes down pretty easily. The noise it makes is like a car rattling noise but its coming directly from the speaker. any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
