The thought behind the 8Ω was that everyone will be running 2 of them per channel so you will have a 4Ω load, perfect for the SAX 4ch. I dunno.

Midbass in the door, midrange in the A-pillar. That's what I'm settled for now. Will look for some good midrange, so there is no need for a tweeter to cover the high range.
