The box is 99% done. Doubled up. Damn thing weights so much more now. All edges run with the round over bit with the router. Getting ready to carpet. Brand new blade(in the small paper thingy). Doing the sides. My room will smell of glue for a week or so. Done with that. The terminals. And voila. =) Side view. Subwoofer in. Needs some work around the port and baffle paint. Some minor sanding to clean the glue, paint and DONE. Also need to put some silicone around the terminals. That's it guys. Any comments welcome.

I am in the process of saving up money for a car... But I'll put it in the family 4Runner for some pictures and listening of course.

Did some work today. The box now has all sides double except the smaller side panels. Bottom already glued. Working on the top piece. Screws and clamps as always. That's nasty. Side view. Small piece of wood added to the flushed panel to resemble the double baffle when the carpet is on. I'll explain that better when it's finished. Doing the box terminals using a threaded rod. I made two holes(which will be sealed with silicone), cut the rod, then some nuts and a washer at each end so it doesn't go into the wood that much when screwed. Tomorrow carpet? ... :)

You could lend me your economy for a couple of months. :) I worked 2 months to buy the amp. You(well not strictly you) probably work a week or two in the USA. You don't understand how our country works. Jordan is a Soldier, one of the most important people in our society, yet one of the least respected and THE most underpaid. And then we have useless "celebrities" and politicians who make butt loads of money for being worthless and moronic. I've never lived or been to your country so the only POV I've got is from TV, internet and people there. At the moment I am getting just under the average payment for our country and Jordan still makes 10 times more than me... But my family doesn't have any debts to the government. We own all our houses and vehicles.

Any reason to buy a car instead of a SUV? Apart from the millage that you get. It's bigger(as spacious), higher, and most importantly - passable.

.... the amp was shipped to their place. We talked about how much shipping will be, when it's going to ship out and that sort of thing. Nothing out of the ordinary. Some weeks past, I try to contact too see what's up, do they have any info on the amp... Nobody pics up. I called...2, 3, 4 times a day, everyday. No one. I read on a forum that other people are having problems too. Waiting for their "stuff" just like me. No one can contact them, some got their things some don't. Then I decided send a threat SMS to the phone that doesn't pick up, about that I am going to the police, find you they are, where they live. Oh miracle, I get a call. The dude explains to me they are no longer in business, all their packages were delivered and he will see what's going on with my amp. Some more weeks past, I call him regularly, he is either out of the country or doesn't have any new info. I am studying for Uni, busy with some other things. Time passes by.... Then like 3-4 months ago he said he will have a friend that lives in the States coming to BG and will take the amplifier with him. Another month pass, the guy that is supposed to come still have some work to do in the States... Then a month ago he arrives here but the luggage with the amp is not here and will arrive soon. It arrived last Wednesday, but with the amp, a laptop, a guitar and some other stuff of his, gone. I called his MOM(the guy that came from USA left me a number to call his mom to ship me the amp, because he was leaving the country for some time) and asked "wtf, someone was supposed to call me and ask me for my address"( as with all my hope I was awaiting the amp to get shipped after he gets his luggage). And then the bad news, everything missing... Now I am sending information to them on how much the amp was worth and hopefully I'll get my money back as they took responsibility. How do I begin this fucked up shit. My amp got stolen...... I decided to buy a Sundown SAZ-2000D some months ago from a friend in America. He made me a good deal so I send the money through paypal and he ships the amp to a company that was going transport it from USA to Bulgaria. I've already bought a Hifonics amp through them(their business was to buy the thing you want from ebay.com and ship it to BG, because many won't ship directly and they got an office in the States). And there were many other people using their service at that time. The day I paid for the amp was Jan 13. That is almost 11 months ago. The amp was shipped to their place........... nonono, I can't wrap my head around that shit. I'll continue later. Fucken pissed right now.

1/4" is plenty for cutting circles. Ever since my straight cut bit broke, I switched to a shortened and slightly modified drill bit. It works similar to an up-spiral bit just that the cut edges aren't perfect A spiral bit is the only one I use now. I even use a combination bit regularly on plywood as it prevents tear-out and makes end grain routing a non issue. http://www.mlcswoodw...solid.html#2367 Guess I would have to buy one. I used similar to what jmanjr linked and it smoked so bad I thought the plywood will catch fire.

I did not know you had to do anything other than put the cap back on. Seems like it can be stored for some years just tightly closed and in some cold, dark place. Before use, it should be placed in the fridge. I should lurk more next time.

Circle jig is the add-on you put on a router, right? What bit should be used with a router when doing a circle?
