One reason for the rebuild: Cone Area This rebuild has been in planning for awhile but it's just starting to come together now First off I wanna thank the people who made this possible; Thanks to Jacob at Sundown for having such great equipment, customer service, and for answering all my n00b questions. You are the man! Thanks to Zach (Nightshade) for helping with the box design and answering even more of my n00b questions; you've been so helpful and generous with your time, I owe you man. Thanks to Derrick (Derrick824) for helping me with the initial planning for the box, it was great working with you! Thanks to Torres, for helping me with wiring when I had no idea WTF I was doing Special thanks to James (SPL4Life), Hell if it weren't for you dude, I wouldn't even be into car audio or on this forum. Thanks to everyone that has bought shit from me and funded my build Thanks to everyone on this forum that contributes, It's because of you guys that I have half an idea of what I'm doing now in car audio. And thanks to Steve (meade916) for starting this forum and posting up the quality work that you do. Now for some peekturezzz just a little power on tap Got wood? this cuts the wood This came in the mail today from Parts Express, 1 Day Shipping FTW I guess the air comes out of these?

mmmhmmm maybe I was thinking that would be funny as hell, but also extremely ugly. Haha, I am looking at a couple types of black, one is a undercoat with metallic speck which is nice and unique, any suggestions?

Thanks alot man! I do spend quite a bit of time thinking about how to design it to my taste and make it look good at the same time Thanks dude! We will see how it turns out once I get it in the car tonight

Thank you all for your complements, I really appreciate each and every one of them No probs man, I just didn't want someone to go wrong like me when you are spending 500+ on a part Some sanding, routing, and final hand sanding I should have the batt box/amp rack finished/installed tomorrow, then maybe I can make a vid or two

Thanks man! You're the first person to call it clean I, myself, would call it a mess but I'm working on cleaning it up and hopefully it will turn out lookin' alright Thanks! I should be going to a competition in the end of April so I should have some numbers then Thanks alot man! It sounds good to me, tuned to 35hz but still plays lows very well It definitely meets my expectations, but who knows there could always be a rebuild v.2? Thanks man! I'll keep updating ya as I keep workin' on it! Thanks! Thanks haha, I got the van for free so no overhead Yeah the suspension sag was really bad once I got everything in so I decided i needed to fix that, the helper bags have fixed the problem and even made the van drive better than stock! Hmmm, rims eh? probably after some paint It sounds good to me! Come get a demo sometime and see what you think

Nice and smooth Got rid of some rust, went from this: To this: Then did some work on the box: Went a little nuts on the designs Got the bottom, a side, and the back all screwed together and by then I had ran both batteries for my drill dead so I had to resort to using a screwdriver to finish the side I was doing when the drill completely pooped itself, my arm hurts from tightening all those screws by hand!

You can see my ghetto stir sticks there, got them in my local shrubbery mixin MOAR resin, ended up glassing the whole thing even the top piece before I put it on but forgot to take pics, I know I suck donkey balls for that. Doin' some screwin'
