agreed. I think if people are doing it with a benevolent attitude it's great though. I knew a woman from my hometown who had like 20 cats and 15 dogs and always assumed she was nuts...but it turns out it was the sister of one of my favorite teachers and she was getting animals fixed and healthy then giving them to good people.
