I'd have no trunk space left but damn, 2 15's bangin' with port/sub forward and sealed off would be lovely!! I'm gonna let another week or so go by and see if he still has them and see how inclined he is to ship them then.

How can you say if someone would be happier with something over another if you've no experience with the other product?
-
I luv your avatar, kinda hard not to do the same thing seeing all that junk in the trunk

In regards to breaking in subs, is there any advantage to be had by running the sub on a bench playing a 20Hz tone free air before installing it? -
I can't believe this thread is almost 17k pages long

I think it's time to go get some coffee.....it's been kind of cold out here lately

I would take the 12's. I'd only do 10's if that was my only option

Well that's comforting! -
Wow! That thing is gettin' busy! There's a guy selling two of these on **** for $300! Brand new!! 15's!!! Seeing this video makes me want them even more but he doesn't want to ship, wants to unload them locally I could have two of those bad boys, 15's, for not much more than i'm about about pay for a DD 2512

I enjoyed my tour as well, but more for the beef jerky than the cheese! Their pepperoni sticks > *, I can't eat any other brand jerky than Tillamook!

Well said for the most part. This forum is not anti-AQ. Just a little different segment of the market. So the clan here is more into SQ than SPL??? Eh, I would say much more evenly split then most sites that lean all SPL or "ground pounder". A large number of the older crew are SQ purists, then there is a good group of people that enjoy the hobby and are just hear to learn and occasionally try new things, there are SQ competitors, then there are SPL competitors, then there are plenty of high output for the heck of it people too. The whole thing is that here at SSA, all of these factions can function together and share ideas. I only ask to figure out how SSA aims it's products at a different buyer as compared to AQ.

Do v-dubs have a similar communication network to gm's class II data bus?

Pics of the BIGGEST ZED AMP MADE. . . . . . . . . . .
SQLMonte replied to HiFonicsHorder1's topic in ZED Audio
I always thought Class D was the way to go as far as sub amps but hearing the comment about Class D here is pretty much the same thing my buddy once told me. He promises never to run a class D amp ever again. Gotta talk to him more to figure out why. -

I never really was a fan of Eclipse, as far as looks went. But they had some nice features though

that sub is causing quite the commotion on various boards. the thing is a beast, no doubt....i just wonder if something has gone afoul cause he's been awfully quiet since the new year

What size Xcon are you getting? Can't wait to see how that box turns out

I ditched my rears on my most recent build and surprisingly liked it. But I have a feeling that once I get both of my 2512's put in that i'm gonna have to add another set of comps up front to balance things out.

Sounds reasonable

Thanks for the link to the same video interesting, I guess my comp didn't load the page completely. oh well
